📋 Role Summary & Main Responsibilities
Alias Intelligence, a leading provider of due diligence and background check services, is seeking a meticulous Record Specialist. This fully remote role involves assisting the Record Director with all aspects of record management, focusing on accurate source validation and efficient document retrieval across the US.
Key Responsibilities

Source Validation: Assist the record management team in validating sources and retrieving records efficiently.

Administrative Support: Support the Record Director with administrative tasks related to records and document handling.

Ordering: Place orders for records, documents, and filings from various municipalities across the US.

Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to communicate the timing and status of record retrievals.
Preferred Skills & Expertise

Record Management Experience: Experience in title examination, title reading, or record management is highly preferred.

Legal/Financial Familiarity: Familiarity with locating UCC filings, lien searches, judgments, and records across multiple jurisdictions.
