📋 Role Summary & Main Responsibilities
This fully remote role is critical to supporting the CEO of a fast-paced, rapidly growing real estate investment company. The Executive Assistant must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative and project demands with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Communication Management: Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar and daily schedule. Oversee the CEO’s inbox, screening communications and prioritizing urgent matters.

Executive Support: Provide executive-level administrative support, including preparing detailed analyses, reports, and documentation for leadership projects.

Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare detailed agendas, take minutes, and communicate CEO priorities to relevant teams.

Content Creation: Develop and refine high-quality presentations, proposals, correspondence, and contracts for executive management.

Vendor & Resource Management: Source and negotiate vendors and key resources to ensure optimal pricing and terms for the company.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all executive and company information.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 3 years supporting executives and 10+ years total administrative experience.

Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited university is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to develop executive-ready presentations.

Work Style: Highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently and manage critical deadlines on short notice.
