الدرجة العلمية المطلوبة: بكالوريوس في التعليم أو في التخصصات ذات الصلة

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- بيئة تعليمية آمنة وداعمة:
- خلق بيئة تعليمية ودية وآمنة تشجع الطلاب على المشاركة.
- تطبيق المنهج المعتمد مع التكيف على احتياجات الطلاب.
- طرق تدريس متنوعة:
- استخدام أساليب تدريس متنوعة (العروض التوضيحية، المناقشات، الأنشطة العملية، والحوارات) لتحقيق التفاعل الفعّال مع الطلاب.
- تطبيق تقنيات إدارة الفصل للحفاظ على جو دراسي منتج.
- الاختبارات والتقييمات:
- إجراء التقييمات بشكل منصف ودقيق لقياس تقدم الطلاب.
- الأنشطة اليومية:
- الإشراف على الطلاب خلال أوقات الوصول والمغادرة وفترات الاستراحة.
- الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية:
- متابعة جميع السياسات الداخلية بما في ذلك سياسة حماية الطفل ومدونة سلوك المؤسسة.
- الدعم الفردي للطلاب:
- توفير الدعم الفردي للطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة أكاديمية أو عاطفية، وإحالتهم إلى الموارد المناسبة عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- التعليم: شهادة بكالوريوس في التعليم أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. شهادة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التدريس أو التدريب.
- إجادة اللغتين: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- التحقق من الخلفية: سجل جنائي نظيف.
- القدرة على التعامل مع ثقافات متنوعة: حساسية ثقافية واحترام لخلفيات الطلاب المختلفة، مما يساهم في خلق بيئة تعليمية شاملة.

Position: English Teacher
Location: Zahle, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: Under 800 USD
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a Safe and Supportive Learning Environment:
- Foster a friendly, safe, and supportive environment that encourages student participation.
- Implement the accredited curriculum, adapting it to meet the needs of students.
- Diverse Teaching Methods:
- Utilize various teaching methods (demonstrations, discussions, hands-on activities, debates) to engage students effectively.
- Apply classroom management techniques to maintain a focused and motivated classroom atmosphere.
- Assessments and Evaluations:
- Conduct assessments fairly and accurately to evaluate student progress.
- Daily Student Supervision:
- Supervise students during arrival, departure, and recess times.
- Adherence to Internal Policies:
- Follow internal policies, including the Child Protection Policy and Kayany’s Code of Conduct.
- Individualized Student Support:
- Provide individualized academic and emotional support to students, referring them to appropriate resources as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Background Check: Clean police record.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds and foster an inclusive learning environment.
