وصف الوظيفة:
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- بناء القدرات وتدريب موظفي JRS:
- دعم المعلمين في تطوير المهارات التقنية وإدارة الفصول الدراسية.
- تحسين المعرفة لدى الموظفين من خلال التدريب على المبادئ والممارسات التعليمية.
- إجراء جلسات تدريبية بالتعاون مع منسق التعليم حول جوانب التعليم التقنية.
- تطوير التعليم:
- إدارة برامج التعليم في المركز وضمان تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة.
- إشراف على عملية تسجيل الطلاب وضمان تحقيق المعايير التعليمية.
- متابعة وتحليل أداء المعلمين وتقديم الدعم الفني.
- إدارة المركز:
- تنفيذ إجراءات تأديبية للموظفين والطلاب.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط تحسين المركز وضمان بيئة آمنة.
- تنظيم وإدارة العمليات اليومية في المركز.
- التواصل والاتصال:
- التنسيق مع المعلمين والموظفين الاجتماعيين وأولياء الأمور لتحسين الأداء الأكاديمي والرفاهية.
- ضمان تواصل فعال مع الفريق المعني وضمان الشفافية والمساءلة في جميع الأنشطة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التعليم.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث).
- خلفية في حماية الطفل والعمل مع اللاجئين أو النازحين.
- مهارات ممتازة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word، Excel).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والقدرة على التكيف في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Capacity Building and Training of JRS Staff:
- Guide and support tutors in developing technical teaching skills and classroom management.
- Enhance staff knowledge through training on educational principles and practices.
- Conduct training sessions in collaboration with the Education Coordinator on technical aspects of education.
- Educational Development:
- Manage educational programs and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Supervise the student registration process and ensure educational standards are met.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide developmental plans for tutors.
- Centre Management:
- Enforce disciplinary procedures for both staff and students.
- Develop and implement centre improvement plans.
- Ensure safe and smooth daily operations at the education centre.
- Communication and Accountability:
- Facilitate regular meetings with tutors, social workers, parents, and the Inclusion Officer to discuss student performance and well-being.
- Maintain open and transparent communication within the team and ensure accountability for actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Experience in child protection and working with displaced communities is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
