مقدمة عن المشروع:

للتعامل مع الاحتياجات المتزايدة للأطفال والشباب في لبنان، ستطلق مؤسسة عامل الدولية مشروع “مكاني”، وهو مشروع متعدد الخدمات من خلال 19 مركزًا مجتمعيًا و1 مخيم غير رسمي. يهدف المشروع إلى تقديم حزمة شاملة من الخدمات المتكاملة للأطفال والشباب المهمشين والضعفاء الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 0-18 سنة، بالإضافة إلى مقدمي الرعاية لهم في محافظات بيروت وجبل لبنان. تعتبر مراكز “مكاني” فضاءات آمنة توفر للأطفال المعرضين للخطر ولأسرهم مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج مثل التعليم، حماية الأطفال، تنمية الطفولة المبكرة، مهارات الحياة والمشاركة الشبابية من خلال نهج يعتمد على المجتمع للوصول إلى الأطفال السوريين واللبنانيين في المجتمعات المضيفة، المخيمات، والمستوطنات غير الرسمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. مراقبة الأنشطة في المراكز:
   • ضمان تنفيذ البرنامج بشكل فعّال.
   • دعم العاملين في التعليم، حماية الأطفال، والخدمات النفسية الاجتماعية في تنفيذ الأنشطة بانتظام.
   • الحفاظ على أرشيف استمارات الأطفال الذي يحتوي على جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بوضع الأطفال واختبارات المتابعة.
   • التأكد من إدخال بيانات الحضور والمتابعة في قاعدة البيانات بشكل دوري.
   • ضمان احترام سياسة حماية الأطفال.
   • تنظيم اجتماعات دورية مع المنسقين والمعلمين والعاملين في الميدان لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا لخطة العمل.
2. التنسيق اللوجستي والإداري:
   • تنسيق وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية.
   • التواصل والتنسيق مع منسق المشروع وفرق العمل.
   • متابعة الموظفين في المراكز، المشرفين، المدربين، والميسّرين.
   • إعداد تقارير شهرية حول التسربات، الإحالات، حوادث واهتمامات حماية الأطفال، ودورات التوعية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
   • درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، التعليم، الإدارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
2. المؤهلات المهنية:
   • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمل المجتمعي.
3. المهارات الشخصية:
   • معرفة جيدة بمبادئ حقوق الطفل والمعايير الدنيا للحماية في حالات الطوارئ.
   • مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين وفرق العمل.
   • القدرة على تنظيم المهام متعددة وإدارة الوقت.
   • القدرة على التكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة.
4. المهارات التقنية:
   • مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
   • مهارات جيدة في التنسيق والشبكات.

Job Description:

Project Overview:

To support the growing needs of children and youth in Lebanon, Amel will launch the Makani project, a Multi-Service Community Centre (MSCC) approach, through 19 community centers and 1 informal settlement. The project will provide a comprehensive package of integrated services targeting marginalized and vulnerable children and youth aged 0-18 years and their caregivers in Beirut and Mount Lebanon governorates. MSCCs are safe spaces that provide vulnerable children and their caregivers with a range of programs including Education, Child Protection, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Life Skills, and youth engagement support through a community-based approach, reaching both Syrian and Lebanese vulnerable children in host communities, collective, and informal settlements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Activities in the Centers:
   • Ensure the effective implementation of the program.
   • Support education, CP, and PSS staff in carrying out regular activities.
   • Maintain the archive of children's forms containing information related to placements and follow-up tests.
   • Ensure that attendance and tracker sheets are entered into the database regularly.
   • Ensure respect for the Child Protection Policy.
   • Organize regular meetings with animators, teachers, and outreach workers to ensure correct implementation of the program.
2. Coordination, Logistics, and Administration:
   • Coordinate and manage the logistics of all day-to-day activities.
   • Liaise and coordinate with the field coordinator and project coordinator.
   • Follow up with center staff, supervisors, trainers, and facilitators.
   • Formulate monthly reports on drop-outs, referrals, child protection concerns, and awareness sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications:
   • Bachelor's degree in social work, education, management administration, or a relevant field.
2. Professional Qualifications:
   • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in community work.
3. Personal Skills:
   • Good knowledge of child rights principles and minimum standards for emergency child protection.
   • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
   • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
   • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   • Strong networking and coordination skills.
