عن منظمة Intersos:
إنترسوس هي منظمة غير حكومية دولية تعمل على تقديم المساعدة للأشخاص الذين هم في خطر، من ضحايا الكوارث الطبيعية والنزاعات المسلحة. تأسست في عام 1992 بدعم من الاتحاد الإيطالي للنقابات العمالية، وتستند أعمالها إلى قيم التضامن، والعدالة، وكرامة الإنسان، والمساواة في الحقوق والفرص لجميع الناس واحترام التنوع والتعايش.

الهدف من الوظيفة:
يعد منسق الحالة مسؤولًا عن تقديم إدارة الحالات المناسبة وفي الوقت المناسب من خلال تقييم احتياجات الأفراد الذين لديهم قضايا حماية، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط حالة مخصصة بناءً على الاحتياجات وضمان المتابعة المناسبة مع خلق مناخ من الثقة والرعاية.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. إجراء مقابلات لتسجيل الحالات مع الأفراد الذين تم تحديدهم من قبل الفريق خلال أعمال التواصل أو الذين تم إحالتهم من قبل وكالات أخرى.
2. إجراء تقييمات شاملة لكل عميل بعد الحصول على موافقتهم، مع مراعاة العوامل العاطفية والسلوكية والاجتماعية التي تؤثر على رفاههم النفسي والاجتماعي وكذلك عوامل الحماية والمخاطر.
3. إجراء زيارات منزلية لتقييم ظروف المعيشة للعملاء عند الحاجة.
4. تطوير خطة حالة مخصصة مع العميل بناءً على الاحتياجات التي تم تحديدها أثناء التقييم.
5. إحالة العملاء إلى الخدمات المناسبة، وعند الحاجة، مرافقتهم إلى مقدمي الخدمات المختلفين وكذلك متابعة الإحالات.
6. توفير الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي الأساسي من خلال اجتماعات متابعة منتظمة، وبناء علاقة تقوم على الثقة واحترام بروتوكولات السرية.
7. توثيق الحالات على منصة إدارة الحالات الداخلية وضمان تسجيل أي تقدم في خطة العمل وأي تغييرات كبيرة في رفاهية العميل النفسية الاجتماعية.
8. ضمان حفظ وتوثيق ملفات إدارة الحالات بشكل آمن للحفاظ على سرية البيانات.
9. إغلاق الحالات عند تحقيق الأهداف في خطة الحالة وعدم وجود احتياجات أخرى.
10. المشاركة في اجتماعات إدارة الحالات الداخلية كجزء من التدريب والإشراف على الحالات.
11. التأكد من وجود علاقات تنسيق جيدة مع مقدمي الخدمات الرئيسيين في منطقة التدخل لتحسين تحديد الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والإحالة الفورية والمتابعة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة جامعية في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في العمل في مجال مشابه.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب (Word, Excel, Internet).
• رخصة قيادة سارية منذ أكثر من سنتين.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• اتخاذ قرارات أخلاقية وشفافة.

INTERSOS is an international NGO that provides assistance to people in danger, victims of natural disasters, and armed conflicts. Job Purpose:
The Case Worker will be responsible for providing appropriate and timely case management by assessing the needs of individuals with protection concerns, developing and implementing tailored case plans based on needs, and ensuring appropriate follow-up while creating a climate of trust and care.

Main Tasks:

1. Conduct intake interviews with individuals identified by the team during outreach work or referred by other agencies, and open a case if vulnerability criteria are met.
2. Carry out comprehensive assessments for each client after receiving their consent, considering emotional, behavioral, and social factors that affect their psychosocial well-being, as well as protection and risk factors.
3. Conduct home visits to assess clients’ living conditions when necessary.
4. Develop a tailored case plan with the client based on needs identified during the assessment.
5. Refer clients to appropriate services and when necessary, accompany them to different service providers and follow up on the referral made.
6. Provide continuous basic emotional and psychosocial support through regular follow-up meetings, establishing a relationship built on trust respecting confidentiality protocols.
7. Document cases on the internal case management platform and ensure that any progress on the action plan and any significant change in the client’s psychosocial well-being and overall situation is timely and duly recorded.
8. Ensure proper and safe filing and archiving of case management files to maintain data confidentiality.
9. Close cases when objectives in the case plan are met and no further needs are identified.
10. Participate in internal case management meetings as part of case supervision coaching and mentoring.
11. Ensure good relationships and coordination with the main service providers in the area of intervention to improve identification of persons with specific needs for prompt referral, follow-up, and information sharing.

Requirements:

• University degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Valid driving license issued for more than 2 years.
