- درجة بكالوريوس في الرياضيات، التعليم، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تدريس الرياضيات للطلاب في المراحل الابتدائية (الصفوف 1-4)
- القدرة على تدريس الرياضيات باللغة العربية
- يفضل الخبرة في التعليم غير الرسمي أو التعليم التصحيحي

منظمة Salam LADC هي منظمة غير حكومية تسعى لتحسين مستوى التعليم والمساهمة في تطوير المجتمعات المحلية من خلال برامج تعليمية شاملة، وداعمة للمجتمعات المعرضة للخطر. تعمل المنظمة على تقديم تعليم نوعي للأطفال والشباب في المناطق المختلفة من لبنان.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد وتدريس دروس الرياضيات:
- التخطيط وتنفيذ دروس رياضيات ملائمة للمستوى الابتدائي.
- إعداد وتقييم التقييمات الصفية مثل الواجبات، والاختبارات، والامتحانات.
- متابعة تقدم الطلاب:
- تتبع تقدم الطلاب في مادة الرياضيات وتقديم الدعم الإضافي عند الحاجة.
- إدارة الصف:
- إنشاء بيئة صفية إيجابية وشاملة.
- تنظيم الأنشطة التعليمية والتفاعل مع الطلاب.
- التعاون مع المعلمين الآخرين:
- العمل مع المعلمين والموظفين لضمان جودة التعليم.
- تخصيص الدروس حسب احتياجات الطلاب:
- تعديل الدروس والمواد لتلبية الاحتياجات الفردية للطلاب.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الرياضيات أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تدريس الرياضيات للأطفال (الصفوف 1-4).
- القدرة على تدريس الرياضيات باللغة العربية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الصف.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics to young students (Grades 1-4)
- Ability to teach Math in Arabic
- Familiarity with non-formal or remedial education approaches is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Teaching:
- Plan and teach engaging Math lessons aligned with primary school competencies.
- Prepare and evaluate classroom assessments, including homework, quizzes, and exams.
- Monitoring Student Progress:
- Track student progress in Mathematics and provide additional support where needed.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
- Organize educational activities and engage students actively.
- Collaboration with Fellow Teachers:
- Work with fellow teachers and project staff to ensure educational quality.
- Adapting Lessons for Individual Needs:
- Modify lessons and materials to meet the individual learning needs of students.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics to young students (Grades 1–4).
- Ability to teach Math in Arabic.
- Strong classroom management skills.
