جمعية نبض للتنمية هي منظمة غير حكومية تسعى إلى تقديم دعم شامل في مجالات التعليم وحقوق الإنسان والحماية، بهدف تحسين فرص التعليم وتوفير بيئة آمنة ومحترمة للأطفال والشباب في لبنان. تركز الجمعية على تقديم حلول تعليمية مبتكرة تدعم الفئات الضعيفة والمتأثرة بالأزمات، بما في ذلك الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، من خلال برامج تعليمية شاملة وملائمة لاحتياجاتهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة سلوك الفصل الدراسي:
- تحديد وتطبيق قواعد السلوك داخل الفصل لضمان بيئة تعليمية إيجابية ومحترمة.
- تقديم الدروس وتكييف المواد:
- تحضير وإيصال الدروس لتلبية أهداف التعلم، مع تكييف المواد وفقًا لاهتمامات وأساليب تعلم الطلاب.
- الدعم الفردي للطلاب:
- تقديم الدعم والإرشاد الفردي للطلاب، بما في ذلك تقديم المساعدة الشخصية للطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة إضافية.
- تتبع وتقييم تقدم الطلاب:
- تتبع تقدم الطلاب، وإجراء التقييمات المختلفة وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة.
- تعزيز التواصل:
- تعزيز التواصل الفعّال مع الطلاب، أولياء الأمور، والزملاء.
- التعليم الشامل وبيئة الصف الآمنة:
- تعزيز ممارسات التدريس الشامل وخلق جو صفّي آمن ومحترم وحساس من الناحية الجندرية.
- تخطيط وتقديم جلسات الدعم بناءً على احتياجات الطلاب:
- تقديم جلسات الدعم بناءً على احتياجات كل طالب، مع التأكد من حصول الطلاب، بما في ذلك ذوي الإعاقة، على الدعم الأنسب.
- المشاركة في التدريب والتطوير المهني:
- حضور ورشات العمل، التدريب، والاجتماعات حسب الحاجة، مع الحفاظ على التطور المهني والالتزام بمبادئ حماية الطفل.
- التعاون مع الفريق التعليمي:
- التعاون مع المعلمين والموظفين الآخرين لتحسين استراتيجيات التدريس ودعم الطلاب.
- المشاركة في تقارير الأداء والتقييم:
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لحضور الطلاب وتقدمهم، مع تقديم تقارير منتظمة حول نتائج التعلم واحتياجات الطلاب.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم أو العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة المهنية:
- سنتين إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في التدريس أو في مجال ذي صلة.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على تكييف الدروس والمواد التعليمية وفقًا لاحتياجات الطلاب.

Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Behavior Management:
- Establish and enforce classroom behavior rules to ensure a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Lesson Delivery and Adaptation:
- Prepare and deliver lessons that meet learning objectives while adapting materials to students' interests and learning styles.
- Individualized Student Support:
- Provide individual support and guidance to students, offering one-on-one assistance for those needing extra help.
- Tracking and Assessing Student Progress:
- Track and assess student progress, administer various assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Promoting Effective Communication:
- Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Inclusive Teaching Practices and Safe Classroom Environment:
- Promote inclusive teaching practices and ensure a safe, respectful, and gender-sensitive classroom atmosphere.
- Planning and Delivering Retention Support:
- Plan and deliver retention support based on individual student needs, ensuring all students, including those with disabilities (CWDs), receive appropriate support.
- Professional Development and Participation:
- Attend required training, workshops, and meetings to maintain professional development and adherence to child protection principles.
- Collaboration with Educational Team:
- Collaborate with other teachers, educational staff, and officers to enhance teaching strategies and student support.
- Reporting and Evaluation:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and challenges. Provide regular reports on students’ learning outcomes and needs.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or any related field.
- Professional Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching or a related field.
- Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching materials to meet the needs of students.
