المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. دعم تنفيذ المشروع:
   • تحديد المستفيدين المستهدفين وجمع البيانات المتعلقة بهم وإدارتها.
   • تصميم وتطوير وتحسين نظام إدارة قواعد البيانات للمشروع.
   • إجراء التنظيف وإدخال البيانات بما في ذلك الصيانة المستمرة لقاعدة البيانات.
   • متابعة الأنشطة اليومية للمشروع لضمان تقديم أفضل الخدمات للمستفيدين.
   • إجراء تقييمات السوق في القرى المستهدفة.
   • تقديم تقارير يومية دقيقة وشاملة في الوقت المحدد.
   • حفظ جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالمشروع وفقًا لمتطلبات WV.
   • دعم زيارات المانحين والشركاء.
   • التعامل مع تعليقات المستفيدين والاهتمام بردود الفعل.
2. المسؤوليات العامة:
   • حضور اجتماعات البرنامج والمتابعة والتقييم (MEAL) كما هو مطلوب.
   • المشاركة في برامج التدريب وبناء القدرات محليًا ودوليًا.
   • الاهتمام بالسلامة الشخصية والمساهمة في تعزيز ثقافة الأمان.
   • الالتزام بسياسات حماية الطفل وتقديم التقارير حول الحوادث ذات الصلة.
   • أداء المهام الأخرى حسب تعليمات المدير المباشر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
   • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي درجة معادلة.
2. الخبرة المهنية:
   • من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في المنظمات غير الحكومية.
3. المهارات المطلوبة:
   • إلمام جيد ببرامج الكمبيوتر مثل Microsoft Office وبرامج قواعد البيانات.
   • خبرة في جمع البيانات على مستوى الأسر والمجموعات المستهدفة.
   • خبرة في إشراف المواقع وإدارة الأنشطة.
   • إلمام جيد بمعايير حقوق الطفل ومعايير العمل الإنساني.
   • قدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة وضمان السرية التامة.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation Support:
   • Identify and target beneficiaries and manage data collection.
   • Design, develop, test, and improve the database systems for the project.
   • Conduct data entry and cleaning, ensuring the database is maintained.
   • Follow up on the daily operations of the livelihood project and service providers.
   • Conduct market assessments in targeted villages.
   • Provide timely and accurate daily reports.
   • File all project-related documents for audits and compliance with World Vision requirements.
   • Support donor and partner visits and address beneficiary feedback.
2. General Responsibilities:
   • Attend program and MEAL meetings as required.
   • Participate in local and international capacity-building training.
   • Take responsibility for personal safety and contribute to a positive security culture.
   • Report any child protection incidents following safeguarding policies.
   • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

1. Educational Requirements:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Experience:
   • 1 to 2 years of experience in NGOs or similar environments.
3. Skills:
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data collection tools.
   • Experience with data gathering at household level and conducting focus group discussions.
   • Experience in site supervision and management.
   • Strong understanding of child rights, participation, and humanitarian standards.
   • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
