عن مؤسسة عامل الدولية

تأسست مؤسسة عامل الدولية في لبنان عام 1979، وهي منظمة غير حكومية تهدف إلى تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وتحسين الظروف المعيشية للفئات الضعيفة في لبنان. تعمل المؤسسة في العديد من المجالات مثل الصحة، التعليم، الرعاية الاجتماعية، وحماية حقوق المرأة، وتوفير الدعم للمجتمعات المتأثرة بالأزمات.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. التخطيط والتنفيذ:

التخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي وتوعية المستفيدين في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية، مراكز المجتمع، والمجالات الميدانية.
التحضير وتنفيذ الأنشطة الترفيهية للمشاركين.
ضمان تحديد المستفيدين المحميين وإحالتهم إلى موظف/ة الحالة (GBV Case Worker).

2. التنسيق والإدارة:

متابعة وتنسيق الأنشطة مع موظف/ة الحالة النفسية وعملية الإحالة للأشخاص المهتمين بالتدريب المهني.
إعداد وتقديم التقارير والوثائق المتعلقة بالأنشطة بشكل دوري للمشرفين.

3. المسؤوليات العامة:

الالتزام بالقيم الأخلاقية للمنظمة.
تمثيل مؤسسة عامل في الاجتماعات المحلية وفي أنشطة بناء القدرات.
الحفاظ على سرية بيانات المستفيدين.
أداء واجبات أخرى حسب تعليمات مشرف البرنامج.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، السوسيولوجيا، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة المهنية:
- سنتان من الخبرة العملية في مجال الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي والعمل مع الفئات الضعيفة.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة).
- مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص ممتازة.
- قدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع المستفيدين ضمن بيئات العمل الإنسانية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والمشاركة في كافة الأنشطة الخاصة بالبرنامج.

About Amel International Association

Amel International Association is a Lebanese non-governmental organization established in 1979, dedicated to improving the living conditions and protecting the rights of vulnerable populations in Lebanon. The organization works in several sectors including healthcare, education, social protection, and women’s rights, providing support to communities affected by displacement and conflict.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Implementation:

Plan and conduct psycho-social support sessions and awareness campaigns for beneficiaries at primary healthcare centers, community centers, and field locations.
Organize and facilitate recreational activities for participants.
Ensure the safe identification and referral of beneficiaries to the GBV Case Worker.

2. Coordination and Reporting:

Coordinate with the GBV Case Worker and the psychologist to prepare lists of individuals interested in vocational training.
Prepare and submit timely reports and documentation for activities conducted.

3. General Responsibilities:

Adhere to the organization’s internal code of conduct.
Represent Amel Association in local and capacity-building events as needed.
Maintain the utmost confidentiality of beneficiary data.
Perform other duties as assigned by the GBV Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience working in the field of social services, especially in gender-based violence and vulnerable populations.
Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and participate in all activities of the GBV-SRH Program.
