المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة ملفات المرضى:
- إنشاء وصيانة ملفات الصيدلية الخاصة بالمستفيدين على الورق وفي النظام الصحي.
- الترحيب بالمرضى والزوار وتوجيههم للإجراءات الصحيحة.
- إصدار الأدوية والمراقبة:
- تفسير ونسخ معلومات الأدوية على الوثائق والتقارير المطلوبة.
- تقديم قوائم محدثة بالأدوية المتاحة لأطباء المركز الصحي.
- مراجعة الوصفات الطبية لضمان عدم وجود تفاعلات دوائية أو تكرار للأدوية أو جرعات غير دقيقة.
- التنسيق مع الأطباء:
- تنسيق مع الأطباء لتبديل الأدوية وعلاج المرضى.
- تقديم المشورة للمرضى حول كيفية استخدام الأدوية وأهمية الالتزام بالعلاج.
- إدارة المخزون:
- إدارة المخزون الدوائي بما يتماشى مع أفضل ممارسات التخزين (استلام الأدوية وفحص الجودة، التخزين حسب الفئات، تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، إلخ).
- التواصل مع رئيس الصيادلة في المستودع المركزي لطلب احتياجات المخزون الشهرية.
- التدريب والإشراف:
- تدريب ومتابعة أداء مساعدي الصيادلة.
- إجراء جرد دوري وسنوي للصيدلية.
- التواصل مع المستفيدين:
- الإجابة على مكالمات المستفيدين والأسئلة المتعلقة بالأدوية.
- ضمان نظافة وترتيب منطقة الصيدلية وفقًا للمعايير.
- الامتثال لسياسات المنظمة:
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON.
- الالتزام بمعايير الأخلاقيات المهنية والشفافية في جميع الإجراءات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- مسجل في نقابة الصيادلة اللبنانية.
- رخصة ممارسة من وزارة الصحة العامة اللبنانية.
- الخبرة المهنية:
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المخزون الدوائي.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات اتصال قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إلمام جيد ببرامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- المهارات الشخصية:
- قدرة على التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة والعمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- الالتزام بمعايير الأخلاقيات الطبية وتوجيهات المعالجة.

About ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON
ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON is a non-governmental organization providing humanitarian and medical support to refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon. The organization focuses on providing emergency medical services, ongoing care for displaced populations, and improving access to healthcare. ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON is committed to maintaining high standards of medical care and ensuring that all individuals, particularly refugees, receive the necessary treatment and attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Patient Files:
- Create and maintain beneficiaries’ pharmacy files on paper and in the Health Information System.
- Greet patients and visitors and direct them to the proper procedures.
- Dispensing Medications:
- Interpret and transcribe medication information on required documents and reports.
- Provide updated lists of available medications to healthcare center physicians.
- Review prescriptions for drug-drug interactions, duplication, or incorrect dosages and resolve with prescribing physicians.
- Coordination with Physicians:
- Coordinate with physicians to switch medications and adjust patient treatments.
- Provide guidance to patients on medication usage and adherence to treatment.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage pharmacy stocks in compliance with proper storage practices.
- Communicate with the Chief Pharmacist to order monthly stock replenishment needs.
- Training and Supervision:
- Train and develop Pharmacy Assistant(s), monitor performance, and ensure quality service.
- Perform periodic and annual pharmacy inventory checks.
- Communication with Beneficiaries:
- Answer incoming calls from beneficiaries and medical teams about medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Compliance with Policies:
- Adhere to ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON’s operational policies and procedures.
- Follow ethical standards and patient safety guidelines in all pharmacy-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Registered with the Order of Lebanese Pharmacists.
- Practice permit from the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
- Professional Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacy inventory management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic, English, and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and handle stress.
