كارِتاس لبنان هي منظمة غير حكومية تهدف إلى تقديم الدعم والمساعدة للأفراد المتأثرين بالنزوح، وخاصة اللاجئين في لبنان. منذ تأسيسها، عملت كارِتاس على تحسين حياة الفئات الضعيفة من خلال خدماتها المتنوعة في مجالات الحماية، والتعليم، والرعاية الاجتماعية. تلتزم كارِتاس لبنان بمبادئ الحماية والرفاهية لجميع المستفيدين، وتؤمن بأن جميع الأفراد يجب أن يكون لديهم فرصة للوصول إلى حياة أفضل.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  1. دعم اللاجئين والمحتاجين:
    • تقديم خدمات الاستماع والإرشاد للاجئين (رجال ونساء)، وإعداد الملفات الاجتماعية ودمج جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالنظام.
    • الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وتشغيل خط المساعدة على مدار 24 ساعة للاجئين ضحايا العنف والحالات العاجلة.
  2. التنسيق مع المحامين:
    • التنسيق مع المحامين للحصول على استشارات قانونية وتحويل المستفيدين إلى مقدمي الخدمات المعنيين عند الحاجة.
  3. إجراء الزيارات المنزلية:
    • إجراء زيارات منزلية لتقييم احتياجات الأسر (HH).
    • إجراء زيارات ميدانية لتقديم المتابعة للمستفيدين (مثل المستشفيات والمدارس).
  4. التعاون مع الزملاء:
    • التعاون مع الزملاء الاجتماعيين لتحديد المشاركين في الجلسات التعليمية أو التدريبية.
    • متابعة الإجراءات المتعلقة بالحالات الفردية حتى تحقيق النتائج المرجوة.
  5. إعداد التقارير والمتابعة:
    • تقديم تقارير شهرية عن تقدم الحالات والأنشطة المنفذة.
    • تحديث قائمة المستفيدين بشكل أسبوعي.
  6. المشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية:
    • المشاركة في فعاليات المجتمع وتقديم الأنشطة للاجئين.
  7. التدريب والتنسيق:
    • المشاركة في التدريبات والمؤتمرات وحضور الاجتماعات عند الحاجة.
    • التنسيق مع الجهات الشريكة لتجنب التكرار وتقديم خدمات أفضل للاجئين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
    • شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
  2. الخبرة المهنية:
    • من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في نفس المجال.
  3. المهارات المطلوبة:
    • إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (مكتوبًا ومحادثة).
    • إجادة برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel).
    • مهارات كتابة وتحرير التقارير ضمن مهل زمنية محددة.
  4. المهارات الشخصية:
    • القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
    • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط مع إدارة العديد من المهام.

About Caritas Lebanon

Caritas Lebanon is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing humanitarian assistance to displaced individuals, including refugees in Lebanon. Since its establishment, Caritas has worked to improve the lives of vulnerable populations through a variety of services in protection, education, and social welfare. Caritas Lebanon is committed to safeguarding the rights and well-being of all its beneficiaries, ensuring they have the opportunity to lead a better life.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting Refugees and Vulnerable Groups:
    • Provide listening and counseling services to refugees (both men and women), fill out social files, and integrate all relevant information into the system.
    • Respond to emergency cases and operate a 24-hour helpline for refugee victims of violence and urgent cases.
  2. Coordination with Lawyers:
    • Liaise with lawyers for legal consultations and refer beneficiaries to relevant service providers when necessary.
  3. Home and Field Visits:
    • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of households (HH).
    • Perform field visits to follow up on beneficiaries (hospitals, schools, etc.).
  4. Collaboration with Social Workers:
    • Work with social workers to identify participants for sessions.
    • Ensure proper follow-up on individual cases until desired results are achieved.
  5. Reporting and Monitoring:
    • Provide monthly reports on case progress and activities implemented.
    • Update the beneficiaries list weekly.
  6. Community Involvement:
    • Participate in community events and organize activities for refugees.
  7. Training and Coordination:
    • Attend training, conferences, and meetings as required.
    • Coordinate with other partners to ensure efficient and non-duplicative services.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience:
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Skills:
    • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Ability to write and edit reports under deadlines.
  4. Personal Skills:
    • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
