منظمة LUPD هي منظمة غير حكومية تعمل على دعم الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في لبنان. تسعى المنظمة إلى تحسين ظروف الحياة للأشخاص المتأثرين بالأزمة متعددة الأبعاد الحالية، وتقديم الدعم والخدمات اللازمة لهم. تقدم المنظمة فرصًا متعددة للتأهيل المهني والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى المبادرات التي تهدف إلى رفع الوعي وتعزيز الوصول إلى الأنشطة والخدمات التي يحتاجها المستفيدون.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  1. دعم وتقييم الاحتياجات:
    • تسهيل تحضير الزيارات المنزلية، المقابلات، ومجموعات النقاش.
    • جمع البيانات حول الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المستهدفين في المشروع.
  2. مساعدة الأسر:
    • مساعدة الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأسرهم في تلقي الخدمات من خلال الهاتف وفي المقابلات الشخصية.
    • ضمان انخراط الأشخاص المستهدفين وعائلاتهم في الأنشطة المقدمة.
  3. التدريب والأنشطة:
    • تقديم برامج تدريبية لتنمية المهارات الحياتية وحل النزاعات بعد التدريب.
    • تنظيم جلسات توعية للمستفيدين حسب الخطة الموضوعة.
  4. المتابعة:
    • إجراء مكالمات متابعة منتظمة مع الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وعائلاتهم لتقييم التحديات ومساعدتهم في التواصل مع المبادرات المحلية أو الخدمات الإضافية عند الحاجة.
  5. الإدارة والتوثيق:
    • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمستفيدين وإعداد التقارير الخاصة بذلك.
    • المشاركة في التدريب والإشراف والأنشطة الأخرى حسب التوجيهات من المشرفين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
    • درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو في مجال ذي صلة.
  2. الخبرة المهنية:
    • من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في العمل مع الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
  3. المهارات المطلوبة:
    • القدرة على الاستماع الفعال وفهم ما يقوله الآخرون.
    • معرفة قوية بالتدخلات في الأزمات.
    • إلمام جيد ببرامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
    • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  4. المهارات الشخصية:
    • الالتزام، الصبر، المرونة، مهارات حل المشكلات، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
    • مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على وضع خطط التدخل المناسبة.

About LUPD

LUPD is a non-governmental organization based in Lebanon, focused on supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them overcome challenges arising from the current multi-crisis situation. The organization offers services such as vocational training, psychological support services, and awareness programs aimed at improving the quality of life for the beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Needs Assessment and Support:
    • Facilitate home visits, interviews, and focus group discussions for needs assessments.
    • Collect data on individuals with disabilities who can be targeted through the project.
  2. Assistance to Families:
    • Help persons with disabilities and their families in receiving services by phone and in person.
    • Ensure that targeted individuals and their families are involved in the project activities.
  3. Training and Awareness Programs:
    • Conduct life skills/conflict resolution training programs after training.
    • Organize and execute awareness sessions for beneficiaries.
  4. Follow-up:
    • Conduct regular follow-up calls to assess challenges and refer individuals to local initiatives or additional services if needed.
  5. Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate beneficiary records and prepare required reports.
    • Participate in training, supervision, and meetings as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience:
    • 1 to 2 years of experience working with persons with disabilities.
  3. Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to stay calm and empathetic when dealing with clients in distress.
    • Knowledge of crisis intervention and development of intervention plans.
  4. Personal Skills:
    • Commitment, patience, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
