المسمى الوظيفي: سائق (Driver)

مدة الوظيفة: 6 أشهر قابلة للتجديد بناءً على التمويل والأداء
الراتب: بين 800 و1200 دولار أمريكي
المؤهل التعليمي: شهادة ثانوية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. توفير خدمات النقل:

   • قيادة المركبات لتوفير وسائل النقل الآمنة والموثوقة للموظفين والزوار المصرح لهم.

   • تسجيل الرحلات الرسمية، وتوثيق المسافة اليومية، واستهلاك الوقود، والنفقات المتعلقة بالنقل.

2. صيانة المركبات:

   • إجراء الفحوصات اليومية للمركبة (مثل الزيت والماء والإطارات) وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة.

   • التأكد من أن المركبات في حالة جيدة وآمنة للاستخدام في جميع الأوقات.

3. إدارة الوثائق:

   • التأكد من توفر جميع الوثائق اللازمة للمركبة، مثل التأمين وسجلات الرحلات.

4. الدعم اللوجستي:

   • تقديم الدعم اللوجستي للأنشطة الميدانية حسب الحاجة.

   • دعم فرق العمل في حالات الطوارئ من خلال نقل الموظفين والإمدادات في الوقت المناسب.

5. إدارة السلامة:

   • التنقل والعمل في مناطق عالية المخاطر مع مراعاة بروتوكولات السلامة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في القيادة، ويفضل أن تكون في المنظمات الإنسانية أو بيئات الطوارئ.

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وسجل قيادة نظيف.

• معرفة قوية بالطرق في شمال لبنان وخاصة في عكار.

• إجادة اللغة العربية، و إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.

• مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description:

Position Title: Driver
Location: Bent Jbeil, Lebanon
Application Deadline: June 27, 2025
Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable based on performance and funding
Salary: Between $800 and $1200 USD per month
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing Transport Services:

   • Safely drive office vehicles for the transportation of authorized personnel and visitors.

   • Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation-related expenditures.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:

   • Perform daily checks on the assigned vehicle (oil, water, battery, tires) and conduct minor repairs as needed.

   • Ensure the vehicle is kept in clean and operational condition at all times.

3. Document Management:

   • Ensure all required documents and supplies for the vehicle, including insurance, vehicle logs, office directory, and first aid kit, are available.

4. Logistical Support:

   • Provide logistical support for project activities as needed.

   • Assist with emergency transport during crises or urgent situations.

5. Safety and Security:

   • Operate vehicles in high-risk areas and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 2 to 3 years of driving experience, preferably in NGOs or emergency response settings.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong knowledge of North Lebanon routes, particularly Akkar.

• Fluent in Arabic and good proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
