الوصف الوظيفي:

المسمى الوظيفي: عامل/ة حالة (Case Worker)
الموقع: عكار، لبنان

نوع العقد: دوام كامل
مدة الوظيفة: 6 أشهر، قابلة للتجديد بناءً على توفر التمويل
الراتب: بين 800 و1200 دولار أمريكي
المؤهل التعليمي: شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. إدارة الحالات الفردية:

   • إجراء زيارات منزلية ومقابلات في المراكز لتقييم احتياجات العملاء والعائلات.

   • العمل مع العملاء والعائلات لتطوير وتنفيذ خطة عمل تتناسب مع احتياجاتهم وأهدافهم.

   • تقييم المخاطر ودعم العملاء في فهم المخاطر المرتبطة بحالتهم.

2. الربط بالموارد المجتمعية:

   • ربط العملاء والعائلات مع مجموعات الدعم والموارد المجتمعية المناسبة.

   • تقديم معلومات للعملاء حول حقوقهم والخدمات المتاحة لهم.

3. إدارة البيانات والتقارير:

   • إدارة البيانات وحفظها وضمان سرية المعلومات.

   • تقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية لمدير حماية الحالات.

4. التنسيق والتفاعل مع الفريق القانوني:

   • التنسيق مع المحامين وتقديم الدعم اللازم لإحالة الحالات وفقًا لمتطلبات الجغرافيا.

   • تقديم الملاحظات اللازمة بشأن تقدم الحالات.

5. الاستجابة للطوارئ:

   • تقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي عند الحاجة.

   • دعم عملية إعادة التوطين للعمال المهاجرين في الحالات التي تتطلبها.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في إدارة الحالات أو العمل الاجتماعي.

• إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة و إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.

• خبرة في العمل مع السكان اللاجئين أو الفئات الضعيفة تعتبر ميزة.

• مهارات في استخدام أدوات الكمبيوتر مثل Microsoft Word و Excel.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع الظروف المتغيرة.

Job Description:

Position Title: Case Worker
Location: Akkar, Lebanon
Application Deadline: June 28, 2025
Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable based on funding
Salary: Between $800 and $1200 USD per month
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Individual Case Management:

   • Conduct home visits and center-based interviews to assess clients' and families' needs.

   • Work with identified clients and families to develop and implement an action plan based on their needs, capacities, and goals.

   • Assess risk and help clients understand the risks related to their situation.

2. Linking to Community Resources:

   • Link clients and families with support groups and community-based resources as appropriate.

   • Provide clients with information about their rights and entitlements and the services available to them.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

   • Manage and store data, ensuring confidentiality.

   • Submit weekly and monthly work plans for the Case Management Officer's validation.

4. Coordination with Legal Team:

   • Coordinate with lawyers and provide support for case referrals based on geographic responsibilities.

   • Provide feedback to other agencies when necessary.

5. Emergency Response:

   • Provide psychosocial counseling and support the coordination of services by other specialized providers.

   • Assist with the repatriation process for migrant workers when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in case management or social work.

• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).

• Experience working with refugee populations is preferred.

• Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
