منظمة CARE International تعمل في لبنان منذ عام 2006 واستجابت للأزمة السورية منذ عام 2012. تعمل المنظمة على توفير خدمات أساسية في مجالات الأمن الغذائي، الحماية، الدعم الإنساني، والصحة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم المساعدة للمجتمعات المستضيفة واللاجئين.

الوصف الوظيفي:

المسمى الوظيفي: سائق (Driver)
الموقع: النبطية، لبنان

نوع العقد: دوام كامل
مدة الوظيفة: 6 أشهر، قابلة للتجديد بناءً على التمويل والأداء
الراتب: بين 800 و1200 دولار أمريكي شهريًا
المؤهل التعليمي: شهادة ثانوية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. توفير خدمات النقل:

   • قيادة المركبات لنقل الموظفين والمعدات إلى المواقع المعتمدة.

   • تسجيل الرحلات الرسمية، المسافة اليومية، استهلاك الوقود، والنفقات المتعلقة بالنقل.

2. صيانة المركبات:

   • إجراء الفحوصات اليومية للمركبة (مثل الزيت والماء والإطارات) وإجراء الإصلاحات البسيطة عند الحاجة.

   • التأكد من أن المركبات في حالة جيدة وآمنة للاستخدام في جميع الأوقات.

3. إدارة الوثائق:

   • التأكد من توفر جميع الوثائق اللازمة للمركبة، مثل التأمين وسجلات الرحلات.

   • التعامل مع الأمور المتعلقة بالحوادث وفقًا للإجراءات المحلية والدولية.

4. الدعم اللوجستي:

   • تقديم الدعم اللوجستي للأنشطة الميدانية حسب الحاجة.

   • دعم فرق العمل في حالات الطوارئ من خلال نقل الموظفين والإمدادات في الوقت المناسب.

5. إدارة السلامة:

   • القيادة في مناطق عالية المخاطر مع مراعاة بروتوكولات السلامة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في القيادة، ويفضل أن تكون في المنظمات الإنسانية أو بيئات الطوارئ.

• رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وسجل قيادة نظيف.

• معرفة قوية بالطرق في جنوب لبنان وخاصة النبطية.

• إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة و إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد.

• مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.

Job Description:

Position Title: Driver
Location: Nabatieh, Lebanon
Application Deadline: June 27, 2025
Contract Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable based on performance and funding
Salary: Between $800 and $1200 USD per month
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing Transport Services:

   • Safely drive office vehicles for the transportation of authorized personnel and equipment.

   • Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation-related expenditures.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:

   • Perform daily checks on the assigned vehicle (oil, water, battery, tires) and conduct minor repairs as needed.

   • Ensure the vehicle is kept in safe working condition and ready for immediate use.

3. Document Management:

   • Ensure all required documents for the vehicle, including insurance, vehicle logs, and travel records, are available.

4. Logistical Support:

   • Provide logistical support for project activities as needed.

   • Assist with emergency transport during crises or urgent situations.

5. Safety and Security:

   • Operate vehicles in high-risk areas and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 2 to 3 years of driving experience, preferably in NGOs or emergency response settings.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong knowledge of Southern Lebanon routes, especially Nabatieh.

• Fluent in Arabic and good proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
