يعلن المركز العربي لتطوير سيادة القانون والنزاهة (ACRLI) عن فتح باب التقديم لموقع مصمم/ة جرافيك في لبنان، للعمل في إطار مشروع “المشاركة الديمقراطية الشاملة: تعزيز التعليم والمشاركة والمراقبة في لبنان”، الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والذي يهدف إلى تعزيز المشاركة المدنية وتقوية العمليات الديمقراطية في لبنان.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• قطاع التدخل: اتصالات وإعلام
• نوع العقد: استثاري
• مدة الوظيفة: 8 أشهر
• الراتب: غير محدد، ولكن يتراوح نطاق الراتب أكثر من 3000 دولار أمريكي
• درجة التعليم: ماجستير
• متطلبات الخبرة: بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في المجال
• اللغة العربية: ممتاز
• اللغة الإنجليزية: ممتاز
• اللغة الفرنسية: جيد جدًا
• الموقع: لبنان

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تصميم المواد التوعوية: ابتكار مفاهيم تصميم مبدئية للمواد التوعوية مثل الشعارات والكتيبات والملصقات، وضمان تمثيل الرسائل والقيم الأساسية للحملة.
• إنتاج الأصول البصرية: إنتاج مواد بصرية مبتكرة مثل الإنفوغرافيك، اللافتات، العروض التقديمية، وعناصر التصميم الأخرى.
• التنسيق مع الفريق: العمل عن كثب مع خبير الاتصال وفريق المشروع لضمان توافق التصميم مع استراتيجية الحملة والرسالة الموجهة إلى الفئات المستهدفة.
• التواصل البصري الفعّال: تطوير تصاميم توصل المعلومات المعقدة بطريقة سهلة وواضحة بصريًا.
• تصاميم للمنصات الرقمية: إنشاء رسومات وتصاميم للمواقع الإلكترونية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والحملات البريدية.
• التأكد من التناسق: ضمان أن جميع المواد التصميمية متوافقة مع الإرشادات البصرية للمشروع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• التعليم: درجة بكاليروس في تصميم الجرافيك أو الفنون البصرية أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
• الخبرة: لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في التصميم الجرافيكي أو في دور مشابه.
• المهارات:
  • إتقان برامج التصميم (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop، Illustrator، InDesign، إلخ).
  • مهارات إبداعية قوية مع الانتباه للتفاصيل وشغف بالتصميم المبتكر.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة للعمل بفعالية مع الفرق المتعددة والجهات المعنية.

The Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity (ACRLI) is seeking to hire a Graphic Designer in Lebanon to support the project “Inclusive Democratic Participation: Enhancing Education, Engagement, and Oversight in Lebanon,” funded by the European Union. The project aims to promote civic engagement and strengthen democratic processes in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Awareness Materials: Develop initial design concepts for awareness materials, including logos, brochures, and posters, ensuring they visually represent the campaign’s core messages and values.
• Creating Visual Assets: Produce creative visual assets such as infographics, banners, presentations, and other design elements.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the communication expert and project team to ensure the design aligns with the overall campaign strategy and resonates with target audiences.
• Effective Communication Design: Create designs that effectively communicate complex information in an accessible and visually engaging way.
• Digital Platform Graphics: Create graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Consistency Assurance: Ensure that all design materials are aligned with the established branding guidelines and the project’s visual identity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong creative and visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
