معلومات الوظيفة:
- نوع العقد: دوام كامل
- مدة الوظيفة: سنة قابلة للتجديد، مع فترة اختبار أولية مدتها 3 أشهر
- الراتب: بين 2500 و3000 دولار أمريكي شهريًا
- الموقع: جبل لبنان – بعبدا – فرن الشباك – عين الرمانة / لبنان
- المتطلبات التعليمية: درجة بكالوريوس (درجة متقدمة في مجال الأعمال مفضلة)
- متطلبات الخبرة: بين 5 و10 سنوات في مجال الإدارة المالية

المهام والمسؤوليات:
إدارة الخطط المالية:
- تطوير ومتابعة الخطط المالية السنوية.
- إعداد وتقديم التوقعات والتقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية، وضمان دقتها.
- متابعة الميزانيات المالية للمشاريع والبرامج، بالإضافة إلى تدفقات الأموال.
إدارة الميزانية والعمليات المالية:
- تتبع الإيرادات من جميع مصادر التمويل.
- معالجة جميع الفواتير، الشيكات، والمصروفات.
- التنسيق مع المدققين لضمان إجراء المراجعة السنوية.
- إدارة الميزانيات وضمان تطبيق القوانين المالية بشكل دقيق.
المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في مجال الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (درجة متقدمة مفضلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الشؤون المالية في بيئة معقدة مثل المنظمات غير الربحية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة والعمل بشكل مستقل.
- مهارات قيادية قوية في إعداد الميزانيات، التخطيط المالي، والتحليل.
- مهارات إدارة ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع معلومات مالية حساسة.

ABAAD, a leading organization focused on gender equality and human rights in Lebanon, is looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Mount Lebanon. Job Information:
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Job Duration: 1 year (renewable), with an initial 3-month probation period
- Salary: Between $2500 and $3000 per month
- Location: Mount Lebanon – Baabda – Furn El Chebak – Ain El Remmaneh / Lebanon
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (Advanced degree in a business-related field preferred)
- Experience Requirements: 5 to 10 years of financial management experience
- Required Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and track annual fiscal plans.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial projections and reports, ensuring accuracy.
- Track project and program budgets and cash flow.
Budget and Financial Operations Management:
- Monitor revenue from all funding sources.
- Process all bills, checks, and reimbursements.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out.
- Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in a business-related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible financial management experience in a complex environment, such as nonprofit organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal administrative support.
- Excellent leadership and management skills in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
