تعلن منظمة Himaya عن فرصة شاغرة لوظيفة اختصاصي/ة في العمل الاجتماعي في منطقة صيدا والجنوب. هذه الوظيفة تتطلب خبرة ومهارات متخصصة في مجال حماية الأطفال وحقوقهم، ويُعد الانضمام إلى منظمة Himaya فرصة للمساهمة في تحسين ظروف الأطفال والأسر في لبنان.

• المسمى الوظيفي: اختصاصي/ة في العمل الاجتماعي (Social Worker)
• القطاع: الأطفال والشباب, حقوق الإنسان والحماية

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل
• مدة العقد: عقد لمدة عام مع إمكانية التجديد
• الراتب: بين 800 و1200 دولار أمريكي (حسب الخبرة)
• درجة التعليم: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، ويفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير
• متطلبات الخبرة: بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال العمل الاجتماعي أو المجالات ذات الصلة
• المهارات اللغوية: العربية بطلاقة، الإنجليزية بطلاقة، الفرنسية بدائي
• الموقع: صيدا، الجنوب

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التقييم والتخطيط:

• إجراء تقييم شامل للحالات الجديدة من خلال الخط الساخن وتوثيق دقيق للحالات لتحديد طبيعة المشكلة ومدى شدتها.
• تحديد خطط التدخل الاجتماعي بناءً على تقييم الاحتياجات وتحديد الخيارات المناسبة للتعامل مع الحالات.
• التنسيق مع مدير الحالات الأولي/اختصاصي العمل الاجتماعي الأولي لتحديد استراتيجيات العمل مع العائلات.

الدعم والتدخلات:

• التدخل في قضايا الإساءة للأطفال: الإساءة العاطفية، الجسدية، الجنسية، الإهمال، العمل الأطفال، الصراعات الأسرية، العائلات المفككة، الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى رعاية بديلة، وغيرها من القضايا.
• إجراء زيارات منزلية مع تحديد أهداف واضحة.
• وضع أهداف في خطة العمل بالتعاون مع الطفل والعائلة لضمان التوافق مع الإرشادات والإجراءات الزمنية في برنامج المرونة.

التنسيق مع الفرق المتعددة التخصصات:

• توثيق وتسجيل جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالحالات بشكل دقيق.
• التنسيق مع الأطباء النفسيين ومدير الحالات الأولي حول التقدم المحرز في القضايا.
• إحالة العائلات إلى الخدمات المناسبة داخل المنظمة أو إلى منظمات غير حكومية أخرى حسب الحاجة.
• مرافقة الطفل/العائلة إلى الأطباء الشرعيين، المحاكم، أو المنظمات غير الحكومية عند الحاجة بموافقة مدير الحالات الأولي.

التدريب والمشاركة في الأنشطة:

• المشاركة في ورش العمل والأنشطة التي تهدف إلى تحسين الأداء، مثل الاجتماعات الإشرافية، ورش العمل النفسية، واجتماعات العصف الذهني.
• التفاعل مع أنشطة وفعاليات المنظمة مثل رعاية الموظفين، وجمعيات نهاية العام.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Planning:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of new cases via the hotline and ensure accurate documentation of the situation.
• Develop social intervention plans based on the outcomes of the case assessment, coordinating with senior case managers.
• Work closely with families to ensure the intervention plan aligns with their needs and capacities.

Support and Interventions:

• Address various issues in child maltreatment, including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, neglect, child labor, and family dysfunction.
• Conduct home visits to follow up on cases and work on setting objectives within the action plan.
• Ensure all measures taken comply with Himaya’s guidelines and Lebanese law.

Coordination and Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

• Document and maintain records of all cases, interventions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with psychologists and senior case managers on the progress of cases.
• Refer families to appropriate internal or external services as necessary.

Training and Participation:

• Participate in workshops and team activities aimed at enhancing performance and providing professional development.
• Attend Himaya events and contribute to maintaining a positive organizational culture.
