المهام الرئيسية:

1. تخطيط وتنفيذ المشروع:
   • ضمان التنفيذ الكامل في الوقت المحدد للمشروع وفقًا للعرض المقدم.
   • وضع خطط مفصلة مع الفريق لتحديد الأنشطة.
   • الإشراف على استهداف المستفيدين والتأكد من أن تسليم المشروع يتوافق مع المعايير الفنية الدنيا.
   • دعم منسق البرامج في تطوير المشروع.
2. إدارة مالية:
   • إعداد، مراقبة، وتنفيذ خطط مالية وخطط مشتريات.
   • الموافقة على المشتريات والعقود والتحقق من تخصيصات الميزانية.
   • ضمان الالتزام بإرشادات المشتريات الخاصة بـ HAND وتنظيمات المانحين.
   • مراقبة التقارير المالية للتأكد من دقتها والامتثال.
3. إدارة الأشخاص:
   • تحديد خطوط الإبلاغ الواضحة وإدارة عملية توظيف الفريق.
   • تقديم التدريب المستمر لتحسين أداء الفريق.
   • إجراء اجتماعات دورية مع الفريق لمراجعة التقدم ومعالجة القضايا.
   • ضمان التحقق في الوقت المناسب من جودة البيانات.
4. الرصد والتقييم:
   • الإشراف على استهداف المستفيدين ونتائج المشروع.
   • تطبيق نهج الإدارة القائمة على النتائج، وتتبع التغيرات على مستوى الأسرة والمجتمع.

5. التقارير:

   • إعداد تقارير تقدم مرحلية وتقارير نهائية للمانحين.
   • الإشراف على دورة التوثيق وضمان دقة جميع الوثائق الداعمة.

   • ضمان التواصل الفعّال ومشاركة المعلومات داخل فريق البرامج.
