المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
التدريس وتنفيذ المنهج:
- تنفيذ المنهج الدراسي كما هو موجه من قبل مسؤولي التعليم.
- تطوير خطط دروس تفصيلية تلتزم بالمنهج.
- تقديم دروس تفاعلية وجذابة تشجع المشاركة الفعالة من الطلاب.
توفير بيئة تعليمية إيجابية:
- إنشاء بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وشاملة تشجع على التفاعل والمشاركة.
- إدارة وتنظيم الموارد والمواد التعليمية داخل الفصل بشكل فعال.
التفاعل مع الطلاب:
- التأكد من أن الطلاب يشعرون بالأمان والاحترام في الفصل الدراسي.
- التعامل مع قضايا السلوك بشكل بناء وداعم وفقًا لقواعد السلوك وسياسات حماية الأطفال.
- تقديم دعم فردي للطلاب الذين يحتاجون إلى مساعدة إضافية لتحقيق أهدافهم التعليمية.
المتابعة والتقييم:
- إجراء تقييمات منتظمة لأداء الطلاب من خلال الاختبارات، المهام الدراسية، والملاحظات الصفية.
- توفير تغذية راجعة بناءة للطلاب ومساعدتهم على تحسين أدائهم.
التعاون مع الفريق:
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع موظفي التعليم ومنسق التعليم لتحقيق أهداف المنظمة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات المهنية وتدريبات التطوير المهني.
التواصل مع أولياء الأمور:
- التواصل مع أولياء الأمور بشأن تقدم الطلاب وأي قضايا قد تظهر.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع أولياء الأمور وتوفير تحديثات حول تقدم الطلاب.
