الوصف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات – مجالات النتائج

1. مراقبة وتنفيذ الأنشطة:
   • القيام بزيارات ميدانية إلى المنظمات المجتمعية (CBOs)، والتجمعات غير الرسمية (ITSs)، والمدارس العامة لدعم تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية وضمان جودتها.
   • المساعدة في تقديم الإرشاد المستمر للمسؤولين عن التعليم ودعم تنسيق الاجتماعات الدورية.
   • مراقبة تنفيذ المنهج الدراسي وتحديد الفجوات، والإبلاغ عن المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين في بناء القدرات التعليمية أو بناء قدرات الحماية للأطفال.
   • دعم الاستخدام السليم لأدوات التعليم وضمان جمع البيانات الدقيقة والتحقق منها بالتنسيق مع المسؤولين الفنيين في التعليم.
   • ضمان دمج مبادئ حماية الأطفال والمشاركة الفعالة للأطفال في جميع الأنشطة التعليمية.

النتيجة:

• يتم تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية بما يتماشى مع سياسة حماية الأطفال، مع تحديد التحديات والتعامل معها.

2. التنسيق والتواصل:
   • المساعدة في التنسيق مع الفريق الفني بشأن الخطط الأسبوعية/الشهرية، واحتياجات النقل، وجدولة المراكز، وجمع البيانات.
   • دعم المنظمات الشريكة في اختيار المعلمين وضمان توافقهم مع معايير وزارة التربية والتعليم (MEHE).
   • تمثيل منظمة War Child في اجتماعات تنسيق التعليم وفرق العمل عند الحاجة.
   • تقديم التحديثات مع مدير التعليم بشأن الأنشطة والاتجاهات والعقبات من أجل الإبلاغ الداخلي.
   • الإبلاغ عن قضايا حماية الأطفال إلى نقطة الاتصال الخاصة بحماية الأطفال وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
   • التواصل بفعالية مع موظفي الميدان والتعاون الوثيق مع الفريق الفني.

النتيجة:

• يتم التنسيق والتواصل بشكل فعال، مما يضمن معالجة جميع الطلبات وإبلاغ قضايا سلامة الأطفال فورًا.

3. بناء القدرات:
   • المساعدة في تحديد احتياجات بناء القدرات للموظفين الشركاء.
   • دعم تطوير وتنفيذ برامج بناء القدرات المتعلقة بالمنهج الدراسي وأساليب التعليم، بما يتماشى مع معايير INEE (الشبكة بين الوكالات للتعليم في حالات الطوارئ).
   • المشاركة في تدريبات بناء القدرات التي تقدمها منظمة War Child، والمنظمات التابعة للأمم المتحدة، والشركاء الآخرين (عند الاقتضاء).
   • تنظيم جلسات تدريبية لبناء قدرات موظفي التعليم.
4. البحث وجمع البيانات:
   • المساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ الأنشطة البحثية المتعلقة بالتدخلات التعليمية، وضمان جمع وتحليل البيانات وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات.
   • دعم إجراء التقييمات للبرامج التعليمية والتدخلات، وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين بناءً على النتائج.
   • المساهمة في تقارير وتوثيق الأنشطة المتعلقة بالبحث والتقييمات في مجال التعليم.
   • متابعة الاتجاهات في الأبحاث المتعلقة بالتعليم والمساعدة في دمج النتائج في المشاريع الجارية.

النتيجة:

• يتم تنفيذ الأنشطة البحثية بكفاءة، ويُسهم جمع البيانات وتحليلها في تحسين برامج التعليم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1. المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
   • درجة بكالوريوس في التعليم أو أي مجال ذو صلة.
2. المؤهلات المهنية:
   • خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التعليم أو العمل مع الأطفال في بيئات تعليمية.
3. المهارات الشخصية:
   • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي إطار فريق.
   • مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.
   • قدرة على تحديد احتياجات التدريب وتنظيم الجلسات.
   • قدرة على العمل ضمن بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
4. المهارات التقنية:
   • إلمام جيد باستخدام أدوات Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint) والبحث عبر الإنترنت.
   • مهارات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير وتوثيق المعلومات.

Job Description:

Responsibilities – Result Areas

1. Monitoring and Implementing Activities:
   • Conduct field visits to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Informal Tent Settlements (ITSs), and Public Schools to support the quality implementation of education activities.
   • Assist in coaching and mentoring Education Officers and support coordination of regular meetings.
   • Monitor the implementation of the curriculum, identify gaps, and report on areas for improvement in education and/or child protection capacity building needs.
   • Support the proper use of education tools, ensuring accurate data collection and verification in coordination with Education Technical Officers.
   • Ensure that child protection principles and child participation are integrated into all education activities.

Result:

• Field activities are monitored and implemented in alignment with the Child Protection Policy, with challenges identified and addressed.

2. Coordination and Communication:
   • Assist in coordinating with the technical team regarding weekly/monthly plans, transportation needs, center schedules, and data collection.
   • Support partner organizations in the selection of teachers, ensuring alignment with Ministry of Education (MEHE) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
   • Represent War Child in Education coordination meetings and working groups when required.
   • Share updates with the Education Manager on activities, trends, highlights, and challenges for internal reporting.
   • Report child protection concerns to the Child Protection focal point and ensure appropriate action is taken.
   • Liaise effectively with field staff and collaborate closely with the technical team.

Result:

• Coordination and communication are conducted effectively, ensuring all requests are addressed, and child safety concerns are promptly reported.

3. Competency Building:
   • Assist in identifying competency-building needs for partner staff.
   • Support in the development and delivery of competency-building programs related to education curricula and approaches, adhering to INEE Standards.
   • Participate in competency-building training offered by War Child, UN organizations, and other partners (when applicable).
   • Cascade training sessions to build the capacity of education staff.
4. Research and Data Collection:
   • Assist in the design and implementation of research activities related to education interventions, ensuring data is collected and analyzed according to best practices.
   • Support conducting assessments of education programs and interventions, identifying areas for improvement based on findings.
   • Contribute to reports and documentation related to education-related research and evaluations.
   • Monitor education-related research trends and assist in integrating findings into ongoing projects.

Result:

• Research activities are implemented efficiently, with data collection and analysis contributing to the improvement of education programs.

Requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field.
2. Professional Qualifications:
   • At least two to three years of experience in education or working with children in educational settings.
3. Soft Skills:
   • Ability to work independently and within a team.
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   • Ability to identify training needs and organize sessions.
   • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based research.
   • Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
