المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

البرنامج التعليمي – برنامج الوجبات المدرسية في لبنان:

  • مراقبة توصيل الوجبات الغذائية، والتأكد من استخدامها اليومي وتخزين الإمدادات بشكل مناسب في المدارس.
  • عقد اجتماعات مع أولياء الأمور لتعريفهم بالبرنامج وتقييم تأثيره.
  • طلب الكميات الدقيقة من المواد الغذائية لتجنب أي هدر وضمان طزاجة الطعام المقدم للأطفال.
  • مراقبة المخزون الغذائي وغير الغذائي.
  • مراقبة عمليات توزيع الطعام والتحقق من جودته لتجنب التلوث الغذائي.
  • إجراء جلسات توعية للأطفال في الصف حول التغذية الصحية والنظافة.
  • جمع البيانات الخاصة بالبرنامج لاتخاذ قرارات إدارية وتشغيلية.

التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى:

  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى مثل اللوجستيات، والاتصالات، والمالية والإدارة حسب الحاجة.
  • متابعة التقارير الأسبوعية عن الأنشطة المتعلقة بتوزيع الوجبات.
  • متابعة تنفيذ الأنشطة في المدارس، بما في ذلك التدريب على إدخال البيانات وتحليلها إذا لزم الأمر.

التقييم والمراقبة:

  • مراقبة تطبيق الاتفاقات المتعلقة بالبرنامج والتأكد من توفير جميع البيانات المطلوبة.
  • متابعة تطبيق معايير الأمان والسلامة في التخزين والتوزيع.

إعداد التقارير:

  • كتابة تقارير دورية عن حالة تنفيذ البرنامج وتقديمها إلى مدير المشروع.
  • رفع أي مشاكل أو تحديات قد تواجه تنفيذ البرنامج.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة بكاليروس في العمل الاجتماعي، سلامة الغذاء أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة تتراوح بين سنة وسنتين في العمل في منظمات غير حكومية أو في المجال الإنساني.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (الفرنسية ميزة إضافية).
  • يفضل أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في نفس المنطقة المعنية.
  • يجب أن يكون المتقدم حائزًا على رخصة قيادة ويمتلك سيارة.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Educational Program – Lebanon School Snacks Program:

  • Monitor the delivery and daily use of food products and proper storage of supplies in schools.
  • Meet with parents to introduce the program and assess its impact.
  • Order the exact quantities of food to avoid waste and ensure the freshness of food served to children.
  • Control inventory for food and non-food items.
  • Oversee food distribution and ensure the quality of the food to avoid contamination.
  • Conduct awareness sessions for children in classrooms about healthy eating and hygiene.
  • Collect program data for management and operational decisions.

Coordination with Other Departments:

  • Communicate with logistics, communications, finance, and administration as necessary.
  • Submit weekly reports on distribution activities.
  • Assist in training school staff on data entry and reporting as needed.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Ensure adherence to program guidelines and collect necessary data for reporting.
  • Track inventory and monitor the distribution process to ensure compliance.

Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
  • Report any problems or discrepancies encountered during the implementation of the program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Food Safety, or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in NGOs or humanitarian fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Must have a valid driving license and own a car.

Work Environment:

This role will be stationed in the field with frequent visits to schools. The candidate should ideally reside in the relevant area.
