تبحث منظمة Mentor Arabia عن مرشح مميز لشغل منصب رئيس/ة برنامج في بيروت، لبنان، لدعم المشاريع الإقليمية الخاصة بتطوير الشباب، الوقاية، وبناء القدرات. سيكون لديك دور استراتيجي في إدارة البرامج، من خلال قيادة وتوجيه الأنشطة المختلفة التي تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. تركز هذه البرامج على تحقيق تأثير إيجابي مستدام وواسع النطاق.
ستتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات، وتقود مبادرات استراتيجية في شراكة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية، الوكالات الدولية، المؤسسات الحكومية، والقطاع الخاص.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- القيادة الاستراتيجية:
- تطوير والإشراف على الاتجاه الاستراتيجي لبرامج Mentor Arabia، مع ضمان تأثير البرنامج وقابليته للتوسع واستدامته.
- تطوير وتنفيذ البرامج:
- تصميم، إدارة، وتقييم البرامج الإقليمية التي تدعم تطوير الشباب، الوقاية، وبناء القدرات.
- التدريب وبناء القدرات:
- تطوير والإشراف على تنفيذ برامج التدريب وورش العمل والمبادرات التي تستهدف الشباب، المحترفين، والمنظمات الشريكة.
- الشراكات والتواصل:
- إنشاء وتعزيز التعاون مع الشركاء المحليين والإقليميين والدوليين، بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية، وكالات الأمم المتحدة، والمؤسسات الحكومية، والقطاع الخاص.
- المراقبة والتقييم:
- ضمان تنفيذ أطر ملاحظات فعالة لتقييم تأثير البرنامج وتعزيز الجودة المستمر.
- إدارة الفريق:
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق عمل متعدد التخصصات، مع تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتعاون والتميز.
- تعبئة الموارد:
- المساهمة في جهود جمع التبرعات من خلال تحديد الفرص التمويلية، إعداد المقترحات، وإدارة العلاقات مع المانحين.
- المناصرة والتمثيل:
- تمثيل Mentor Arabia في المؤتمرات والمنتديات الإقليمية والاجتماعات مع أصحاب المصلحة للدعوة إلى تمكين الشباب ومبادرات الوقاية.
- الإشراف المالي:
- العمل مع فريق المالية لتطوير وإدارة ميزانيات البرامج، مع ضمان التكلفة الفعالة والشفافية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- التعليم: درجة ماجستير في العلوم الاجتماعية، الصحة العامة، التنمية الدولية أو مجال ذو صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في إدارة البرامج، ويفضل في مجالات تطوير الشباب، الوقاية أو الصحة العامة.
- المهارات الفنية: معرفة قوية بإدارة المشاريع، بما في ذلك الميزانية، التقارير، والمراقبة.
- المهارات اللغوية: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا). الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
- المهارات الشخصية: القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغير، التكيف مع أولويات جديدة، مهارات تواصل ومناصرة ممتازة.

Job Description:
Mentor Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Programs to oversee its regional youth development, prevention, and capacity building programs. This role will focus on strategic leadership, ensuring the programs are impactful, scalable, and sustainable. The Head of Programs will lead the efforts to empower youth in the MENA region and will work with diverse partners including NGOs, UN agencies, governments, and the private sector.
You will be responsible for managing, designing, and evaluating regional programs and building strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the strategic direction of Mentor Arabia’s programs, ensuring impact, scalability, and sustainability.
- Program Development & Implementation:
- Design, manage, and evaluate regional programs focused on youth development, prevention, and capacity building.
- Training & Capacity Building:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for youth, professionals, and partner organizations.
- Partnerships & Networking:
- Establish and strengthen collaborations with local, regional, and international partners, including NGOs, UN agencies, government institutions, and the private sector.
- Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Ensure the implementation of effective M&E frameworks to assess program impact and continuously enhance quality.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary program team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Resource Mobilization:
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by identifying funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and managing donor relationships.
- Advocacy & Representation:
- Represent Mentor Arabia in conferences, regional forums, and stakeholder meetings to advocate for youth empowerment and prevention initiatives.
- Financial Oversight:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, international development, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth development, prevention, or public health.
- Technical Skills: Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and monitoring.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written). French is a plus.
- Personal Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and advocacy skills.
