منظمة التضامن الدولية (SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL) تطلق حملة توظيف لمنسق/ة الحماية للعمل في لبنان. إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة في إدارة برامج الحماية الإنسانية وتبحث عن فرصة للعمل في بيئة إنسانية مليئة بالتحديات، فإن هذه الوظيفة قد تكون مناسبة لك. المنسق سيكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المرتبطة بالحماية وتكاملها في مشاريع المنظمة في جنوب لبنان.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:
- المسمى الوظيفي: منسق/ة الحماية
- القطاع: الغذاء والتغذية، المأوى والمواد غير الغذائية
- الراتب الشهري: 3090 دولار أمريكي كراتب أساسي + بدل معيشة + وسائل النقل
- مدة العقد: 4 أشهر (تبدأ في 1 أبريل 2025)
- آخر موعد للتقديم: الأحد، 23 مارس 2025
- المؤهل الدراسي: درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في حقوق الإنسان، الدراسات الدولية، العلاقات الدولية، أو العلوم الاجتماعية.
- الخبرة المطلوبة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في برامج الحماية أو المساعدة الإنسانية.
- اللغات: العربية (ممتازة)، الإنجليزية (ممتازة)، الفرنسية (غير مطلوبة).
- الموقع: بيروت مع زيارات ميدانية إلى الجنوب و صيدا و طرابلس.
- نوع العقد: دوام كامل
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الحماية:
- تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية الحماية عبر مختلف أنشطة المنظمة في لبنان، مع تركيز خاص على مشروع ممول من إيكو في جنوب لبنان.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين والدوليين:
- التنسيق مع الوكالات الأممية والمنظمات غير الحكومية لضمان تكامل أنشطة الحماية في المشاريع.
- التدريب وبناء القدرات:
- دعم الفرق المحلية من خلال التدريب وبناء القدرات في مجال الحماية.
- إجراء التقييمات:
- إجراء تقييمات لاحتياجات الحماية وتحديد المشكلات وتقديم حلول عملية للتعامل معها.
- مراقبة وتقييم المشاريع:
- تقديم الدعم الفني في إدارة المشاريع ومراقبة جودة التنفيذ.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في حقوق الإنسان أو الدراسات الدولية أو العلاقات الدولية أو العلوم الاجتماعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة برامج الحماية أو المشاريع الإنسانية.
- قدرة على التنسيق مع الجهات الفاعلة في الحماية.

Job Opportunity with Solidarités International: Protection Coordinator in Lebanon
SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL (SI) is launching a recruitment process for the Protection Coordinator position based in Lebanon. This role will focus on leading protection programming across Lebanon, with a special focus on an ECHO-funded project in Southern Lebanon. Job Details:
- Job Title: Protection Coordinator
- Sector: Food & Nutrition, Shelter and Non-Food Items
- Salary: 3090 USD basic salary + cost of living + transport allowance
- Contract Duration: 4 months, starting April 1, 2025
- Deadline for Applications: Sunday, March 23, 2025
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Rights, International Studies, International Relations, or Social Sciences.
- Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years in protection program management or humanitarian settings.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, French (not required).
- Location: Beirut, with field visits to Saida, Zahle, and Tripoli.
- Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Protection Strategies:
- Lead the design and implementation of the protection strategy across Lebanon, with a special focus on an ECHO-funded project in Southern Lebanon.
- Coordination with Local and International Partners:
- Coordinate with UN agencies and NGOs to ensure the integration of protection activities across projects.
- Capacity Building and Training:
- Support local teams with training and capacity-building in protection.
- Conducting Assessments:
- Conduct protection needs assessments, identify gaps, and propose practical actions to address protection issues.
- Monitoring and Evaluating Projects:
- Provide technical support in project management and ensure quality implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Rights, International Studies, International Relations, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in protection programs or humanitarian settings.
- Proven ability to coordinate with protection actors.
