المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الاجتماعات والتخطيط:
- حضور الاجتماعات الأسبوعية للإبلاغ عن التقدم في العمل وضمان الالتزام بمعايير التعليم والجودة المطلوبة.
- مراقبة الحضور والمتابعة:
- متابعة حضور الطلاب عن كثب والتنسيق مع المنسق في حال انسحاب أي طالب أو إذا كان معرضًا لخطر الانسحاب.
- حماية الأطفال:
- تحديد الحالات التي تحتاج إلى حماية الأطفال وإحالتها وفقًا لسياسات منظمة Haqqi Awrath.
- جمع البيانات:
- جمع البيانات اللازمة عن تقدم الطلاب وتحليل الأداء الأكاديمي.
- تصميم خطط الدروس:
- إعداد خطط دراسية بناءً على احتياجات الطلاب وتقديم دروس نشطة وفعالة.
- مواكبة تقدم الطلاب:
- متابعة تقدم الطلاب بناءً على التقييمات والاختبارات.
- تقديم الدعم الفردي:
- توفير الدعم الفردي للطلاب عند الحاجة.
- بيئة صفية آمنة:
- ضمان بيئة صفية آمنة وشاملة تلبي احتياجات الطلاب، بما في ذلك الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في المواد التعليمية المطلوبة مثل الرياضيات، الفيزياء، الكيمياء، اللغة الإنجليزية، أو اللغة العربية.

Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Reporting and Planning:

- Closely monitor student attendance and follow up with the coordinator regarding any students who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out.
- Child Protection:
- Identify and refer child protection and safeguarding cases as per Haqqi Awrath’s policies.
- Data Collection:
- Collect necessary data on student progress and academic performance.
- Lesson Planning:
- Design and deliver lesson plans based on the required educational support.
- Student Progress Monitoring:
- Track student progress based on assessments.
- Providing Individual Support:
- Offer individual support to children when necessary.
- Safe and Inclusive Classrooms:
- Ensure classrooms are safe and inclusive, meeting the needs of children, including those with disabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in the required teaching subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, or Arabic).
- At least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Ability to work with children with low academic performance.
