المهام الوظيفية:
- النظافة اليومية: تنظيف الأثاث، الأجهزة، والمعدات اليومية، ومسح الأرضيات، وتنظيف النوافذ والأبواب.
- تنظيف الحمامات: تنظيف وتعقيم الحمامات بانتظام، والتأكد من توافر مستلزمات الحمام مثل ورق التواليت والصابون.
- الصيانة اليومية للمرافق: تنظيف وتفريغ سلال القمامة، ومسح الأسطح التي يتم لمسها بشكل متكرر.
- إعداد مرافق الضيافة: ترتيب وتنظيف الغرف في أماكن الإقامة، وتنظيف المكاتب وغرف الاجتماعات.
- تقديم خدمات الضيافة: تقديم الشاي والمياه المعدنية للزوار إذا لزم الأمر.
- التعاون مع فريق العمل: إعلام مدير المكتب عند الحاجة إلى تجديد الإمدادات في المكتب وبيوت الضيافة.
- التنظيم والإبلاغ: متابعة تقارير التنظيف وملء النماذج الخاصة بالتفتيش اليومي.
المتطلبات الأساسية:
- خبرة سنة إلى سنتين في مجال خدمات التنظيف.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على ممارسات النظافة الجيدة والصحة العامة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- قدرة على تعدد المهام في بيئة عمل سريعة التغير.
- خبرة سابقة مع الهيئة الطبية الدولية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Cleaning: Wipe and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment daily, and mop the floors.
- Restroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets daily and ensure that necessary supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand towels are always available.
- Facility Maintenance: Collect and dispose of trash, and clean commonly touched surfaces frequently.
- Guesthouse & Office Maintenance: Ensure the guesthouse rooms and premises are kept clean, and clean office windows and doors.
- Hospitality Services: Provide tea and mineral water to visitors when needed.
- Inventory Maintenance: Notify the office manager when supplies in the office or guesthouse are running low.
- Daily Site Cleaning: Clean site entry areas, public areas, meeting rooms, clinics, reception areas, and halls at least five times a day.
Key Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning services.
- Ability to maintain good hygiene practices and health.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with International Medical Corps is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
