منظمة “جمعية سانت فينسنت دي بول لبنان” (SSVP-LB) هي منظمة غير ربحية تعمل في لبنان بهدف تقديم الدعم للفئات الضعيفة والمحتاجين. تعمل الجمعية في مجالات عديدة مثل الصحة، التعليم، الأمن الغذائي، وحماية حقوق الإنسان، مع التركيز على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية لمساعدة المجتمعات الأكثر تضررًا من الأزمات.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة المعاملات اليومية:
- تسجيل المعاملات اليومية في برنامج المحاسبة الخاص بالمنظمة.
- إدارة الفواتير والإيصالات بدقة وفعالية.
- إعداد التقارير المالية:
- مساعدة في إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
- إجراء التسويات البنكية الأساسية والمراجعة المالية.
- دعم إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية:
- المساعدة في إجراءات إغلاق الحسابات في نهاية كل شهر.
- إدارة النظام المالي:
- الحفاظ على نظم تنظيم الملفات المالية وترتيب المستندات بشكل منظم.
- إدخال البيانات بدقة وباهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- دعم التدقيق الداخلي وتتبع المخزون:
- مساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي وتتبع المخزون لضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية الداخلية.
- التواصل مع الموردين والعملاء:
- التواصل مع الموردين والعملاء حسب الحاجة لضمان سير العمليات المالية.
- الامتثال للسياسات المحاسبية:
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لسياسات المحاسبة في المنظمة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة مهنية أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة العملية:
- من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في مجال المحاسبة أو في وظيفة مشابهة.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- إجادة اللغة العربية بشكل جيد جدًا، واللغة الإنجليزية جيدًا.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تنظيم المهام.

About SSVP-LB
SSVP-LB (Saint Vincent de Paul Lebanon) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support to vulnerable and needy individuals in Lebanon. Key Responsibilities
- Managing Daily Transactions:
- Record daily transactions in the organization's accounting software.
- Manage invoices and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Perform basic bank reconciliations and financial review.
- Support in Month-End Closing:
- Assist in the month-end closing processes.
- Maintain Financial Filing System:
- Maintain orderly financial filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Ensure data entry is accurate and detailed.
- Assist with Internal Audits and Inventory Tracking:
- Support internal audits and track inventory to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Vendor and Client Communication:
- Communicate with vendors and clients as needed to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with the organization's accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Requirements:
- Technical or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage accounting systems effectively.
