الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى مؤسسة عامل الدولية لتوظيف مدرب/ة مختص في مجالات التعليم والحماية لدعم تدريب 15 من منسقي المجتمع لتعزيز قدراتهم على معالجة وتوزيع المعلومات الهامة حول التعليم والحماية. يهدف التدريب إلى تحسين مهارات المنسقين في مجال الوصول إلى الخدمات، استراتيجيات الاتصال الفعالة، التوعية، والحملات، بالإضافة إلى إدارة النزاعات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  1. تقديم تدريب عالي الجودة:
    • إعداد وتنفيذ خطط دروس شاملة ومواد تعليمية لتلبية احتياجات المنسقين.
    • استخدام أساليب تدريس متنوعة مثل التعلم النشط والتعلم القائم على الممارسة.
  2. التقييم والمراقبة:
    • إجراء تقييمات لتحديد احتياجات المنسقين التدريبية.
    • تصميم اختبارات قبل وبعد التدريب لتقييم فعالية التدريب.
  3. حماية الأطفال:
    • ضمان تطبيق سياسات حماية الطفل والإجراءات الاحترازية.
    • توجيه المنسقين لتنظيم الأنشطة التي تحافظ على بيئة آمنة وموثوقة للأطفال.
  4. التنسيق والتنظيم:
    • التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق لتنظيم الأنشطة بشكل متكامل.
    • المساهمة في تنظيم حملات توعية داخل المجتمع.
  5. التطوير المهني:
    • تقديم تقارير مفصلة حول فاعلية التدريب والمشاركة في الأنشطة المهنية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

  • المؤهل العلمي:
    درجة الماجستير في التعليم، العمل الاجتماعي، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • الخبرة:
    من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في تقديم التدريب في مجالات التعليم والحماية.
  • المهارات اللغوية:
    إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
  • المهارات السلوكية:
    مهارات تواصل قوية، قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، وإدارة الأنشطة التوعوية بكفاءة.

Job Description:

Amel Association International is seeking a qualified trainer to conduct training for 15 community mobilizers. This training aims to enhance their capacity in handling and disseminating critical information on education and protection. The training will focus on improving outreach, communication strategies, campaigning, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver High-Quality Education:
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of the mobilizers.
    • Use various teaching methods such as active learning and learning by doing.
  2. Evaluation and Monitoring:
    • Conduct training needs assessments for the mobilizers.
    • Design and administer pre- and post-tests to assess training effectiveness.
  3. Child Protection:
    • Ensure the application of Amel’s Child Protection Policy and Safeguarding procedures.
    • Guide the mobilizers in organizing child-safe community activities.
  4. Coordination and Organization:
    • Coordinate with project team members to ensure alignment in organizing activities.
    • Assist in the implementation of community campaigns related to education and protection.
  5. Professional Development:
    • Submit detailed post-training reports and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education:
    Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in providing training on education, protection, and community mobilization.
  • Languages:
    Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Behavioral Skills:
    Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and competence in organizing and managing educational activities.
