Alsama هي منظمة غير حكومية مبتكرة تهدف إلى تعليم وإعداد اللاجئين غير الملتحقين بالمدارس للالتحاق بالتعليم الثانوي أو الجامعي في فترة قياسية.
المنظمة تُدير مراكز تعليمية في بيروت، وتركز على محو الأمية وتدريس اللغة العربية بمستوى يصل إلى C1.
ماذا ستفعل في هذه الوظيفة؟
1. تخطيط وتقديم الدروس
- الالتزام بالمناهج العالمية المعتمدة من Alsama
- التركيز على التطبيق العملي للمهارات اللغوية
- تطوير أهداف تعلم واضحة ومُقاسة
2. دعم تقدم الطلاب
- تقديم دروس مباشرة وفعّالة
- تحليل بيانات الطلاب وتكييف أساليب التدريس بناءً على احتياجاتهم
- المحافظة على معايير أداء مرتفعة
3. تطوير المهارات المهنية
- حضور الورش والتدريبات والتقييمات الأسبوعية
- تطبيق الملاحظات التحسينية بشكل فوري
المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة
- الالتزام تجاه نجاح الطلاب وتقدمهم
- التعاون مع فريق العمل المتنوع
- الطموح في تطوير الأساليب وتحقيق النتائج
المؤهلات والخبرة
- إجازة جامعية في اللغة العربية أو الأدب العربي (حد أدنى)
- خبرة تعليمية لا تقل عن سنتين، ويفضل مع المراهقين أو البالغين
- إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة
- إلمام بسيط باللغة الإنكليزية

Your Role
1. Lesson Planning & Delivery
- Align lesson plans with Alsama's global curriculum
- Focus on practical language application
- Set and pursue measurable learning objectives
2. Student Success Support
- Teach engaging in-class lessons
- Use student data to adjust methods and track progress
- Serve as a role model through high standards and consistency

- Attend all workshops and training programs
- Participate in weekly assessments and quarterly reviews

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or Literature
