تعلن مؤسسة عامل الدولية، المنظمة اللبنانية غير الطائفية التي تأسست عام 1979، عن حاجتها لتوظيف أخصائيين وأخصائيات في العمل الاجتماعي ضمن فريقها الطبي والاجتماعي في مركز طرابلس. تقدم المؤسسة خدمات صحية واجتماعية متعددة لمجتمعات محتاجة عبر 30 مركزًا ووحدات متنقلة مختلفة.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي من جامعة معتمدة من وزارة التربية اللبنانية، مع الأفضلية لحملة الماجستير.
- الخبرة: 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال العمل الاجتماعي.
- اللغات: الطلاقة في العربية، إجادة جيدة جدًا للإنجليزية، ومعرفة بدائية بالفرنسية.
- ساعات العمل: من الإثنين إلى الجمعة 8 صباحًا حتى 2 ظهرًا، والسبت من 8 صباحًا حتى 12 ظهرًا.
- نوع العقد: دوام كامل، سنة واحدة قابلة للتجديد.
- الراتب: أقل من 800 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.
- الموقع: طرابلس، شمال لبنان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة الاجتماعية والطبية للمستفيدين مع الحفاظ على كرامتهم واحترامهم.
- العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات يضم طبيب، ممرض، أخصائي اجتماعي، قابلة، وسائق.
- التواصل والتنسيق مع المجتمع المحلي لضمان اطلاعهم على خدمات المؤسسة.
- تحديد الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتقديم الدعم أو الإحالة للخدمات ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط العمل الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- إعداد وتقديم جلسات توعية صحية واجتماعية.
- إنشاء آليات لجمع شكاوى المستفيدين وملاحظاتهم.
- متابعة وإدارة حالات الحماية والتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة.
- تحديث خريطة الخدمات المتوفرة في مناطق التدخل.
المهارات الشخصية
- التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على التعاطف.
- مرونة إيجابية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الثقافات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Gmail).
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات متغيرة وصعبة.

Social Worker Job Openings at Amel Association International – Tripoli, Lebanon
Amel Association International, a leading Lebanese NGO founded in 1979, is hiring Social Workers to join their multidisciplinary healthcare and social services team in Tripoli. The organization serves vulnerable populations across Lebanon through 30 centers and various mobile units.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university by the Lebanese Ministry of Education. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of social work experience.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic, very good English, basic French.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 2 PM, Saturday 8 AM – 12 PM.
- Contract Type: Full-time, one-year renewable contract.
- Salary: Less than $800 USD per month.
- Location: Tripoli, North Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide socio-medical advice and guidance while preserving patient dignity and respect.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, social workers, midwives, and drivers.
- Engage and communicate with the local community to raise awareness about services.
- Identify vulnerable individuals and provide social counseling or refer to services.
- Prepare and implement weekly and monthly work plans.
- Deliver health and social awareness sessions.
- Establish feedback and complaints mechanisms for beneficiaries.
- Monitor and report protection cases and coordinate referrals.
- Update service mapping in intervention areas regularly.
