مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- العمل عن كثب مع المجتمع المحلي:
- إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع المجتمع المستهدف والمنظمات غير الحكومية والسلطات المحلية والمجموعات المجتمعية الأخرى.
- تنظيم اجتماعات وفعاليات للتعرف على القضايا والاهتمامات المحلية.
- توعية المجتمع حول المشروع والعاملين فيه لضمان تنسيق الأنشطة.
- إجراء التقييمات الميدانية:
- إجراء التقييمات الميدانية لتحديد المجتمعات الضعيفة والمستفيدين المحتملين، بالإضافة إلى المجالات التي يمكن فيها تنفيذ الأنشطة المجتمعية.
- تطوير خطة أسبوعية مفصلة تشمل الأنشطة واحتياجات المجتمع.
- كتابة التقارير:
- تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى منسق المركز حول نتائج الزيارات الميدانية.
- جمع وتبادل البيانات المتعلقة بالمستفيدين مع منسق المركز.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتفاعلات مع العملاء والإحالات والنتائج.
- المراقبة والتقييم:
- حضور التدريبات حول أدوات وعمليات المراقبة والتقييم.
- متابعة التقدم النوعي والكمي للمشروع.
- الإحالات والشبكات:
- التواصل مع الخدمات والموارد المناسبة بناءً على احتياجات المجتمع.
- تقديم المساعدة في التنقل عبر نظام الرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية والبرامج الحكومية.

Ribat Association is seeking to hire Outreach Workers to join their team in Tripoli, North Lebanon. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in raising awareness and supporting community-based activities as part of the association’s ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the local community:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the target community, NGOs, local authorities, and other community groups.
- Organize community meetings and events to understand local issues and concerns.
- Inform the wider community about the project and relevant project staff to ensure programmatic synergies.
- Conduct field assessments:
- Conduct assessments to identify vulnerable communities, potential beneficiaries, and areas for community-based activities.
- Develop a detailed weekly plan specifying outreach activities and community needs.
- Reporting:
- Report weekly to the Center Coordinator on the results of field visits.
- Collect and share beneficiary data with the center coordinator.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and outcomes.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Attend training on monitoring and evaluation tools and processes.
- Monitor both qualitative and quantitative progress of the project.
- Referrals and Networking:
- Network with appropriate services and resources based on community needs.
- Assist with navigating the healthcare system, social services, and government programs.
