تفاصيل الوظيفة
تسعى الجمعية اللبنانية للدراسات والتدريب (LOST) لتوظيف سائق وتقني آلات زراعية للعمل في لبنان. سيكون من مسؤولياتك قيادة وتشغيل وصيانة الآلات الزراعية المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى توفير الدعم الفني لضمان أن العمليات الزراعية تتم بكفاءة وفعالية. تفاصيل الوظيفة كما يلي:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تشغيل الآلات الزراعية
- قيادة وتشغيل مختلف الآلات الزراعية مثل الجرارات، وآلات الحصاد، والرش، والزراعة.
- صيانة الآلات الزراعية
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية للأجهزة الزراعية والتعامل مع الأعطال البسيطة.
- متابعة سجلات الصيانة
- تسجيل حالة المعدات، استهلاك الوقود وقطع الغيار، وضمان توفر المعدات للعمل.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية
- الامتثال الكامل لإجراءات السلامة أثناء قيادة وتشغيل الآلات الزراعية.
- التعاون مع الفريق الزراعي
- العمل بالتنسيق مع الفريق الزراعي لضمان تنفيذ العمليات الزراعية في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة عالية.
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال الكبرى
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال الكبرى أو المشاكل التقنية التي تتطلب تدخلاً من فني مختص.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- الشهادات: شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها (يفضل شهادة في مجال ميكانيكا أو صيانة المعدات الزراعية).
- الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة المعدات الزراعية.
- رخصة القيادة: رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول، ويفضل رخصة قيادة معدات ثقيلة.
- المهارات: مهارات فنية في التشخيص والصيانة، القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، مهارات العمل الجماعي.

Key Responsibilities

- Driver’s License: Valid driving license (heavy machinery license preferred).
- Skills: Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintenance, ability to work under pressure, and good teamwork skills.
