تبحث جمعية التعاون الخيري والتطوعي عن منسق/ة مشروع تعليمي للعمل في البقاع، لبنان. ستشرف على إدارة المشروع التعليمي وتنسيق الأنشطة المتعلقة به لضمان تنفيذه بنجاح وتحقيق أهدافه. تفاصيل الوظيفة كما يلي:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنسيق الأنشطة والموارد
مسؤول عن تنسيق الأنشطة، الموارد، المعدات، والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمشروع لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا للخطة. - التواصل مع المستفيدين والمعنيين
التواصل مع المستفيدين والمشاركين في المشروع لتحديد احتياجاتهم وضمان تلبيتها بشكل مستمر. - مراقبة تقدم المشروع
متابعة تقدم المشروع، التعامل مع أي مشاكل قد تنشأ أثناء التنفيذ، والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف في الوقت المحدد. - التواصل المستمر مع الفريق
العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لجميع المشاركين في المشروع، وضمان التواصل المستمر حول حالة المشروع. - إعداد التقارير
إعداد التقارير الشهرية حول تقدم المشروع، رفع المشاكل والتحديات إلى مدير المشروع، وتوثيق كافة الأنشطة والتطورات. - إدارة الفريق
الإشراف على الفريق العامل في المشروع، وضمان تنسيق العمل بين جميع أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- الشهادات: بكالوريوس في التعليم أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع أو التنسيق.
- المهارات: مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، القدرة على إدارة الفريق، مهارات تنظيمية قوية.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Activities and Resources
Responsible for coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information related to the project to ensure successful execution. - Liaise with Beneficiaries and Stakeholders
Communicate with beneficiaries and stakeholders to define their needs and ensure they are met throughout the project. - Monitor Project Progress
Track the project’s progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure objectives are met on time. - Act as the Main Point of Contact
Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants effectively. - Prepare Reports
Prepare regular reports on the project’s progress, escalate issues to the project manager when necessary, and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Supervise the Project Team
Oversee the team working on the project, ensuring smooth coordination and meeting the project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in project management or coordination.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, strong organizational skills, and experience managing a team.
