- مدة الوظيفة: 8 أشهر
- الراتب: 8 دولار أمريكي لكل جلسة تعليمية
- درجة التعليم: بكالوريوس في التعليم أو تخصصات ذات صلة (مثل الرياضيات، اللغة العربية، اللغة الإنجليزية، الأحياء)
- متطلبات الخبرة: من سنة إلى سنتين من الخبرة في مجال التدريس
- المهارات اللغوية: اللغة العربية بطلاقة، الإنجليزية ممتازة، الفرنسية جيدة
- الموقع: البرج الشمالي – صور، لبنان
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
التدريس وإعداد الدروس:
- القدرة على تبسيط المحتوى الأكاديمي للأطفال من سن 6 إلى 14 سنة.
- تقديم جلسات تعليمية واضحة ومهيكلة تشجع على المشاركة والتفكير النقدي.
- استخدام أدوات ومواد تعليمية تفاعلية وملائمة للعمر.
- التكيف مع احتياجات الطلاب ومستوياتهم المختلفة.
- تشجيع بناء الثقة لدى الطلاب والمشاركة الفعّالة في الصف.
إدارة الصف:
- مهارات إدارة الصف مع طلاب بمستويات متعددة.
- استخدام أساليب تعلم مبتكرة ومرحة عند الحاجة.
التقييم والتقارير:
- تقييم تعلم الطلاب باستخدام أدوات بسيطة (تمارين، ملاحظات).
- متابعة خطط الجلسات وتقديم التقارير في الوقت المحدد.
التواصل مع الطلاب:
- خلق بيئة تعليمية آمنة وشاملة تدعم رفاهية الطلاب.
- التفاعل الفعّال مع الطلاب وتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- التعليم: بكالوريوس في التربية أو أي تخصص ذو صلة مثل الرياضيات، اللغة العربية، الأحياء، أو تعليم الأطفال في المراحل المبكرة.
- الخبرة: يفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة في العمل في التعليم غير الرسمي أو مع الأطفال الضعفاء.
- المهارات الأخرى: مهارات في إدارة الصف، كتابة التقارير، مهارات التنسيق، ومهارات في استخدام الكمبيوتر (إدخال البيانات، الكتابة، والتقارير).

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Lesson Planning:
- Ability to simplify academic content for children aged 6 to 14.
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons to foster participation and critical thinking.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different student needs and levels.
- Use interactive and age-appropriate materials.
Classroom Management:
- Strong classroom management skills with mixed-level learners.
- Encourage confidence-building and participation in class.
Assessment and Reporting:
- Assess student progress using simple tools such as exercises and observations.
- Follow lesson plans and submit attendance, lesson reports, and assessments on time.
Communication with Students:
- Ensure students feel safe, respected, and supported in the learning environment.
- Foster open communication and engagement with students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields like Math, Arabic, English, Biology, or Early Childhood Education.
- Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in non-formal education or working with vulnerable children.
- Skills: Classroom management, report writing, coordination, and computer skills (data entry, writing, and reporting).
