المهام والمسؤوليات:

ضمان توفير استراتيجيات التدخل الواضحة في إدارة الحالات وخطط العمل، بما يتماشى مع الإجراءات الداخلية والإجراءات الوطنية ذات الصلة.
ضمان أن جميع الحالات المستمرة تحصل على التقييم والمتابعة المستمرة، بالإضافة إلى مقابلات الإغلاق.
ضمان تحديث جميع النماذج ذات الصلة وضمان سرية المعلومات.
التخطيط بشكل فعال لجميع التدخلات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية المتعلقة بالحالات المستمرة والحفاظ على سجل واضح للخطوات المتبعة ومحتوى الجلسات.
ضمان إجراء جميع الزيارات المنزلية و/أو المؤسسية، وتحقيق الأهداف، وتحديث جميع الوثائق ذات الصلة.
ضمان تقديم الإحالات الداخلية والخارجية بشكل صحيح وتحديث جميع الوثائق ذات الصلة.
ضمان تنفيذ جميع التدخلات الاجتماعية والطبية، سواء فردية أو جماعية، وفقًا لاستراتيجية التدخل.
تقييم جميع احتياجات المستفيدين في مجالات التعليم، والتدريب الفني، والمهارات النفسية الاجتماعية.
العمل على الربط الاجتماعي والعلاقات.
تقديم الإرشاد الوالدي والوساطة الأسرية.
الإحالة إلى الخدمات المتخصصة، الرعاية الصحية الأولية، أو الهياكل ذات الصلة، مع توفير متابعة مستمرة للإحالات.
ضمان توفير الإرشاد القانوني و/أو الإحالة.
التنسيق الفعّال مع أعضاء الفريق عند الحاجة لتقديم أفضل الخدمات من خلال إدارة الحالات المناسبة.
تقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى رئيس المركز وفقًا للتنظيم الداخلي.
حضور جميع اجتماعات “Peer to Peer” وتقديم محاضر الاجتماعات بدقة.
المشاركة الفعّالة في جميع الاجتماعات التدريبية والإعلامية المتعلقة بوظيفة الأخصائي الاجتماعي وتقديم محاضر الاجتماعات بدقة.
المشاركة في اجتماع أسبوعي لمراقبة جميع الحالات مع المدير المباشر.
المشاركة في اجتماع شهري مع منسق الحماية.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب:

شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي.
خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة الحالات.
معرفة جيدة بالمؤسسات اللبنانية والسياسات، خاصةً وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، وزارة العدل، ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي.
معرفة جيدة بإجراءات إدارة الحالات مطلوبة.
معرفة جيدة بالإجراءات الوطنية المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
معرفة جيدة بالمعايير الدنيا في مجال حماية الأطفال والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
معرفة جيدة بالمنظمات غير الحكومية الوطنية والدولية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعات العمل المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
مهارات جيدة في إدارة الوقت والتعامل مع الضغوط.
معرفة جيدة بالسياق اللبناني والعلاقة بين المجتمعات المضيفة واللاجئة.
معرفة جيدة بجميع أدوات Microsoft Office، بالإضافة إلى إدارة البيانات.
مهارات كتابة جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، والفرنسية.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the provision of clear case management intervention strategies and action plans, aligned with internal procedures and relevant National SOPs.
Ensure that all ongoing cases are provided with continuous evaluation, follow-up, and closure interviews.
Ensure that all relevant forms and formats are updated and that confidential information is secured.
Plan efficiently all daily, weekly, and monthly interventions relevant to ongoing cases and keep clear tracks of steps followed and session content.
Ensure that all home and/or institutional visits are scheduled, objectives are met, and all relevant documents are updated.
Ensure all internal and external referrals are made properly and all relevant documents are updated.
Ensure all socio-medical interventions, individually and/or in groups, as determined by the intervention strategy, are conducted.
Evaluate all the needs of beneficiaries in terms of education, technical training, and/or psychosocial skills.
Work on relational and social anchoring.
Provide proper parental guidance and family mediation.
Refer to specialized services, Primary Health Care, or other relevant structures, and provide continuous follow-up of the referrals.
Ensure proper legal guidance and/or referral is provided.
Coordinate effectively with MS team members when needed to provide the best services through relevant case management.
Report directly to the head of the center as per the internal organizational chart.
Attend all Peer to Peer meetings and provide accurate MoM.
Actively participate in all informational and/or training meetings related to the Social Worker position function and provide accurate MoM.
Participate in a weekly meeting for global monitoring of all cases with the line manager.
Participate in a monthly meeting with the Protection Coordinator.

Requested Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work
At least 2-3 years of experience in Case Management
Good knowledge of Lebanese institutions and policies, especially the Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Education and Higher Education
Good knowledge of Case Management procedures
Good knowledge of CP and GBV National SOPs
Good knowledge of CP and GBV Minimum Standards
Good knowledge of national and international NGOs, as well as CP and GBV working groups, task forces, and other relevant committees
Good skills in time management and stress management
Good knowledge of the Lebanese context and the relationship between host and refugee communities
Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, as well as data management
Good writing skills in English, Arabic, and French
