وصف الوظيفة:
سيكون مسؤول/ة الرصد والتقييم والبحث والتعلم (MERL Officer) مسؤولًا عن تعزيز ومراقبة عمليات الرصد والتقييم (M&E) في مشاريع منظمة Plan International في لبنان، سواء في البرامج الإنسانية أو التطويرية. يعمل تحت إشراف منسق MERL الأول، ويشمل عمله التعاون الوثيق مع الشركاء لدعم فريق البرامج من خلال ضمان تنفيذ ممارسات عالية الجودة في الرصد والتقييم. سيقدم هذا المسؤول التدريب والمعلومات اللازمة للموظفين داخل منظمة Plan International والشركاء لضمان جمع البيانات بشكل فعال ودقيق.
المهام الرئيسية:
- التعاون مع فريق الشركاء لضمان جمع البيانات وتحليلها وفقًا لأفضل ممارسات الرصد والتقييم.
- العمل مع فرق ميدانية لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بشكل متسق وكامل، ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة من كل مشروع.
- تنظيم ورش التدريب وبناء القدرات لفريق العمل والشركاء لضمان تحسين ممارسات الرصد والتقييم.
- متابعة الاحتياجات المتعلقة بالـ مراقبة والتقييم عبر جميع المجالات التنفيذية للمشاريع.

Job Description:
The MERL Officer will be responsible for strengthening and monitoring the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) processes for Plan International Lebanon’s humanitarian and development projects. Under the direct supervision of the Senior MERL Coordinator, the MERL Officer will collaborate closely with partners and will support the programme team by ensuring high-quality monitoring and evaluation practices. This role will provide the necessary training and information to both Plan and partner organizations' staff to efficiently capture and report monitoring metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with partner teams to ensure that project data is properly collected, entered, and analyzed in line with best M&E practices.
- Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure projects are implemented comprehensively, and share lessons learned.
- Organize training and capacity-building initiatives for both staff and partners to improve M&E practices.
- Follow up on monitoring and evaluation needs across all implementing areas.
