المهام الوظيفية:

• تنسيق مع منسق المشروع المحلي وفريق العمل الخاص بالمشروع.
• تحديد المزارعين والمزارعين العاملين في مجال الأعمال الزراعية الأكثر ضعفًا في مناطق جعبول، جديهة، رأس بعلبك، بجاجة وزبود.
• مساعدة فريق العمل في اختيار المستفيدين من المبادرة بشكل نشط.
• شرح الأنشطة والأهداف الخاصة بالمبادرة للمستفيدين وأعضاء المجتمع المحلي من خلال تنظيم جلسات توعية خلال عملية الاختيار.
• تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية للمستفيدين المختارين لمتابعة تطبيق آلية الصناديق الدوارة الاجتماعية.
• إعداد خطط شهرية مفصلة للأنشطة.
• الحفاظ على الاتصال مع المستفيدين من الدورات التدريبية المخطط لها.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم الأنشطة المتعلقة بالصناديق الدوارة الاجتماعية التي ينفذها المستفيدون.
• الإشراف على إدارة قاعدة البيانات والأوراق الإدارية للمستفيدين المشاركين في المنطقة المستهدفة.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the local project coordinator and project team.
• Identify the most vulnerable farmers and agri-business entrepreneurs in Jabbouleh, Jdeideh, Ras Baalback, Bajajeh, and Zaboud.
• Actively assist project staff in selecting beneficiaries for this initiative.
• Explain the initiative’s activities and objectives to the beneficiaries and community members through informative sessions during the selection process.
• Conduct field visits to selected beneficiaries to monitor the implementation of the Social Revolving Funds mechanism.
• Prepare detailed monthly activity plans.
• Maintain contact with beneficiaries regarding planned training courses.
• Prepare periodic narrative reports on the progress of Social Revolving Funds activities implemented by beneficiaries.
• Supervise the management of the database and administrative paperwork for beneficiaries involved in the intervention area.
