🔍 لمحة عن الوظيفة:
يعلن مؤسسة CARE International في لبنان عن رغبتها في توظيف مسؤول/ة مراقبة وتقييم ومساءلة وتعلم (MEAL Officer)، للعمل بدوام كامل في بيروت ضمن مشاريع التنمية المحلية. العقد لمدة 12 شهرًا، قابل للتجديد بناءً على الأداء وتوافر التمويل. الراتب حسب سلم الأجور، ويصل بين 1500 و2000 دولار شهريًا.

📍 الموقع: بيروت / لبنان
📌 المتطلبات والمؤهلات الأساسية:
- الدرجة العلمية: بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية، الصحة العامة، أو أي تخصص ذي علاقة
- الخبرة: بين 3 و5 سنوات في دور MEAL داخل منظمات تنموية أو إنسانية
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنكليزية بطلاقة، الفرنسية غير مطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في Kobo، ODK، Power BI، وSPSS (يفضل)
- القدرة على التخطيط المنهجي، جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية، وضمان جودتها
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قطاع الحماية
🛠 المهام والمسؤوليات:
1. الرصد والتقييم (Monitoring & Evaluation):
- تصميم وتطبيق أطر وأدوات تقييم شاملة
- جمع وتحليل بيانات المشروع وقياس النتائج مقابل المؤشرات
- دعم وتحفيز المتطوعين المسؤولين عن جمع البيانات
2. المساءلة (Accountability):
- تطوير آليات تقديم الشكاوى وردود الفعل
- تفعيل إجراءات المساءلة مع المعنيين
3. التعلم والمعرفة:
- تنظيم ورش مشاركة الدروس المستفادة
- تطوير مواد تعليمية وتدريبية داخل المنظمة
4. التقارير والتواصل البرامجي:
- إعداد تقارير دقيقة تظهر التقدم والآثار الميدانية
- التنسيق مع فريق MEAL الرئيس لضمان توافق التقارير مع متطلبات الممولين
5. ضمان جودة البيانات:
- مراجعة بيانات التطوع وجمعها وتحليلها بالشراكة مع فريق تقنية المعلومات

📄 Position Overview:
CARE International in Lebanon seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer for full-time placement in Beirut. The position offers a 12-month contract (renewable) with a monthly salary between $1,500–$2,000, depending on experience.
🗓 Deadline: Sunday, August 10, 2025
📍 Location: Beirut, Lebanon
📋 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field
- 3–5 years of MEAL experience in development or humanitarian organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Kobo/ODK, and familiarity with Power BI or SPSS
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is optional)
- Minimum 2 years experience in protection sector
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring & Evaluation:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks and data tools
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project outcomes
- Guide MEAL volunteers on data integrity and collection methods
2. Accountability:
- Establish and manage feedback and complaint mechanisms
- Work with stakeholders to uphold transparency and accountability
3. Learning & Capacity Building:
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and best-practice dissemination
- Provide training on MEAL and humanitarian protocols
4. Reporting:
- Produce high-quality reports aligned with donor requirements
- Collaborate with Senior MEAL Officer to finalize submissions
5. Data Quality Assurance:
- Oversee data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
