تعلن منظمة Intersos عن حاجتها لتوظيف أخصائي/ة عمل اجتماعي بدوام كامل في بعلبك الهرمل – لبنان، ضمن عقد مدته 10 أشهر (من 1 أغسطس 2025 إلى 31 مايو 2026)، قابل للتجديد حسب الأداء والتمويل. الراتب الشهري يتراوح بين 1200 و1500 دولار أمريكي، وآخر موعد للتقديم هو الأحد 20 يوليو 2025.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة يومية متنوعة (ترفيهية، نفسية، تعليمية) وفق برامج أسبوعية.
- إجراء مجموعات نقاش وتنظيم جلسات تؤدي إلى رفع الوعي والتأهيل.
- إعداد مواد توعوية مخصصة ثقافياً بالتعاون مع المسؤولين الفنيين.
- إدارة وتشغيل نوادي المجتمع والعمل مع مسؤول الحماية في المساحات الآمنة.
- تشجيع مشاركة جميع الفئات، بما في ذلك الفئات الأشد ضعفاً.
- إشراك المتطوعين وتدريبهم على الأنشطة المجتمعية.
- متابعة بيانات الحضور وجداول الجرد اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- تنظيم قوائم التوزيع وسجلات الحضور تحت إشراف المسؤول المباشر.
- الإبلاغ عن أي تحديات تواجه تنفيذ الأنشطة.
- حضور الاجتماعات والدورات التدريبية كما يطلبه المشروع.
- الالتزام بمعايير حماية البيانات والبروتوكولات الرسمية.
- رفع تقارير دورية يومية وأسبوعية عن سير العمل.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية من سنة إلى سنتين.
- الطلاقة الكاملة في اللغة العربية، والإنجليزية الجيدة جداً.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، تحليلية، وقدرة على الوساطة.
- رخصة قيادة سارٍة لمدة أكثر من سنتين.
- القدرة على التكيف والتعاطف وصنع قرارات أخلاقية.
- السرية العالية والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ضمن فريق.

Introduction
Intersos, an established international NGO, is recruiting a Social Worker for its Baalbek El Hermel mission. This is a full‑time position from August 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, renewable based on performance and funding. Salary ranges between $1200 and $1500 per month. Key Responsibilities
- Organize daily psychosocial, recreational, structured/unstructured and educational activities.

- Manage Child, Youth, and Women community clubs in safe spaces.
- Promote participation from all population segments, including vulnerable groups.
- Recruit and supervise volunteers.

- Report implementation challenges.
- Attend project meetings and training.
- Ensure data protection compliance.
- Submit daily and weekly reports via the LiPP IM system.
Qualifications
- University degree in Social Work or related field.
- One to two years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent Arabic and very good English (written and spoken).
- Strong listening, analytical, mediation and communication skills.
- Valid driving license for over two years.
- Compassionate, ethical, client-oriented, and crisis-resilient.
- Ability to work independently and within teams under pressure.
