عن Save the Children:
Save the Children هي منظمة إنسانية عالمية تعمل على تمكين وحماية الأطفال في جميع أنحاء العالم وفي البلدان التي تعمل فيها. تركز المنظمة على حقوق الأطفال وتعمل على ضمان عدم وفاة أي طفل من أسباب يمكن الوقاية منها قبل بلوغه سن الخامسة، وكذلك على ضمان حصول جميع الأطفال على تعليم أساسي ذو جودة.

الهدف من الوظيفة:
سيكون مسؤول الحالة (Case Worker) مسؤولًا عن تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة الحالات الفردية من خلال الأنشطة التي تتم في منازل الأطفال المستهدفين. سيعمل على دعم الأطفال الضعفاء الذين يندرجون تحت مجال إدارة الحالات والرعاية البديلة لجميع الجنسيات والحالات القانونية (اللبنانيين، المقيمين، اللاجئين، طالبي اللجوء، المهاجرين غير الشرعيين، العائدين …) في مناطق جنوب لبنان، بيروت، وجبل لبنان.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة الحالات الفردية من خلال نهج العمل المنزلي.
2. دعم الأطفال الضعفاء الذين يندرجون تحت برنامج الرعاية البديلة في مختلف الحالات القانونية.
3. العمل مع الأطفال وعائلاتهم، بالإضافة إلى المؤسسات الأخرى مثل المدارس والمنظمات غير الحكومية.
4. دعم التنسيق مع الجهات الخارجية مثل الشركاء المجتمعيين والمنظمات غير الحكومية.
5. جمع البيانات وتنظيم التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية.
6. دعم الأنشطة التي تهدف إلى حماية الأطفال في الحالات الطارئة.
7. المشاركة في التدريب والدورات المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال ورعاية الحالات.

المؤهلات:

1. درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، أو العلوم الاجتماعية.
2. من 2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة حالات حماية الأطفال.
3. خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال في خطر والعائلات.
4. خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة البيانات (CPIMS).
5. معرفة بالنظام الاجتماعي وآليات حماية الطفل في لبنان.
6. القدرة على كتابة تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وتطوير جداول الأعمال.
7. مهارات تواصل جيدة مع أصحاب المصلحة المختلفين.
8. إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
9. القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئات الطوارئ.
10. خبرة في تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال.

Job Purpose:
The Case Worker will be responsible for implementing activities related to individual case management using a home-based approach. The role involves supporting vulnerable children from all nationalities and legal statuses, including nationals, residents, refugees, asylum seekers, undocumented individuals, and returnees in the South, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement individual case management activities through a home-based approach.
2. Support vulnerable children within case management and alternative care programs.
3. Work with children, their biological families, extended families, neighbors, host families, institutions, and other service providers.
4. Coordinate with external partners such as community centers and NGOs.
5. Collect data, and submit weekly and monthly reports.
6. Assist with emergency child protection activities and coordination.
7. Participate in training related to child protection and case management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in child protection case management.
3. Experience working with at-risk children and families.
4. Experience using CPIMS (Child Protection Information Management Systems).
5. Knowledge of child protection systems and welfare mechanisms in Lebanon.
6. Ability to write and submit weekly and monthly reports.
7. Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
8. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
9. Ability to work under pressure in emergency contexts.
10. Experience in implementing child protection activities.
