تعلن منظمة RDFL عن حاجتها إلى مدير/ة مشروع متمرس/ة للانضمام إلى فريقها في بيروت، لقيادة وتنفيذ مشروع متخصص في قضايا النوع الاجتماعي والمناصرة. توفر RDFL فرصة عمل بدوام كامل لمدة سنة مع إمكانية التجديد، تمنح المتقدم/ة الفرصة لإدارة فريق عمل متعدد التخصصات وتحقيق أهداف المشروع بشكل متكامل.

- الراتب: بين 1500 و2000 دولار أمريكي
- المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، الصحافة، الاتصال، العلوم الاجتماعية أو المجالات ذات الصلة
- الخبرة: 5 إلى 10 سنوات خبرة مهنية، منها 2-3 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع
- المهارات اللغوية: الطلاقة بالعربية ومستوى ممتاز في الإنجليزية
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة تنفيذ المشروع بدءاً من التخطيط، تنظيم الموارد، إدارة الفريق، والمتابعة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف
- تطوير خطة مشروع مفصلة تشمل المهام والجداول الزمنية وتوزيع الموارد وآليات التواصل
- إدارة وتطوير فريق المشروع، بناء القدرات، توزيع المهام، وضمان وضوح الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الموارد المالية والبشرية والتقنية لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل وتحقيق أهداف المشروع
- إدارة المخاطر وتطوير استراتيجيات الحد منها مع متابعة التنفيذ
- تنسيق التواصل الداخلي والخارجي مع جميع الأطراف المعنية، وتقديم تقارير دورية للممولين وأصحاب العلاقة
- دعم تطوير إطار عمل للمتابعة والتقييم (MEAL) وضمان جودة الأدوات والمؤشرات
- المشاركة في تصميم وتطوير مشاريع جديدة تتوافق مع استراتيجية المنظمة
- بناء شراكات استراتيجية مع الجهات الحكومية، المنظمات المحلية والدولية، والفاعلين الاجتماعيين
- تنظيم حملات توعية وورش عمل لتعزيز قضايا المساواة بين الجنسين ودعم التغيير السياسي
- الإشراف على إعداد تقارير الإنجازات والنجاحات والتحديات لضمان الشفافية والمساءلة

Project Manager Jobs in Beirut with RDFL | Full-Time Position $1500-$2000 with Renewal Option
RDFL is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and oversee a gender equality and advocacy project in Beirut. This full-time, one-year renewable contract offers a unique opportunity to manage a multidisciplinary team and deliver impactful outcomes aligned with the organization’s mission.

- Position: Project Manager
- Location: Beirut, Lebanon
- Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communication, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Experience: 5-10 years professional experience including 2-3 years in project management
- Languages: Fluent Arabic and excellent English
Main Responsibilities
- Lead project implementation from planning, resource management, team leadership, and monitoring to ensure project goals are achieved
- Develop detailed project plans covering tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and communication protocols
- Manage and build project team capacities, assign tasks, and clarify roles and responsibilities
- Oversee financial, human, and technical resources to optimize project outcomes
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress
- Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and donors, providing regular progress reports
- Support MEAL framework development and ensure the quality of project monitoring tools and indicators
- Collaborate in project design and development aligned with organizational strategy
- Build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and community actors
- Coordinate advocacy campaigns, workshops, and events promoting gender equality and policy change
- Supervise the preparation of reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and impact for transparency and accountability
