مكتب شؤون الإعلام في منظمة ACTED يعلن عن حاجته إلى موظفين/ت للعمل في التعداد (Enumerator) في لبنان ضمن قطاع التنمية. وتدعو المنظمة المهتمين للتقديم للحصول على فرصة عمل استثارية لمدة 10 أيام، بمعدل 45 دولار أمريكي يوميًا.

المهام الوظيفية:

1. جمع البيانات، رسم الخرائط وإدخال البيانات:
   • إجراء جمع بيانات ميداني عبر المقابلات مع رؤساء الأسر، زيارات ميدانية، استبيانات، ومكالمات هاتفية وفقًا لمنهجية التقييم الزراعي.
   • إجراء جلسات إحاطة مع مسؤول الميدان بعد إتمام جمع البيانات.
   • ضمان جمع البيانات بشكل شفاف ودقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
   • التحقق من دقة المعلومات وفقًا لإرشادات التحقق من البيانات.
   • إدخال البيانات بدقة، بما في ذلك جميع الملاحظات المجمعة من الميدان باستخدام الأدوات المناسبة مثل “كوبو” أو أوراق العمل.
   • التواصل مع المشاركين في التقييم لضمان تيسير عملية جمع البيانات.
2. التقارير:
   • تقديم تقارير يومية لموظف الميدان حول تقدم الأنشطة والأنماط الملحوظة.
   • تقديم الترانسكيب الإنجليزي للمقابلات والملاحظات من جمع البيانات الأولية.
   • الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل تم مواجهتها أثناء جمع البيانات لموظف الميدان فورًا.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز (كتابة ومحادثة).
• شهادة ثانوية كحد أدنى.
• خبرة سابقة في العمل مع منظمات إنسانية أو في جمع البيانات تعتبر ميزة.
• مهارات تواصل بين الأشخاص وقدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة.
• قدرة على التكيف مع بيئات العمل الميدانية.
• شخصية متعاونة، ذات نزاهة عالية، وقادرة على العمل الجماعي.
• قدرة على القيام بالمهام الموكلة بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
• إتقان الدقة في توثيق البيانات والتقارير.
• يفضل أن يكون المتقدم من نفس المنطقة المستهدفة أو بالقرب منها.
• يجب أن يكون قادرًا على التنقل داخل المنطقة المستهدفة باستخدام مركبته الخاصة.

Job Opportunities in Lebanon: Enumerator Needed at Acted NGO

Details:

The Media Affairs Office at ACTED NGO is seeking to hire Enumerators in Lebanon within the Development sector for a 10-day temporary contract, with a daily rate of $45 USD.

Job Functions:

1. Data Collection, Mapping, and Data Entry:
   • Collect data and information in the field through household interviews, field visits, surveys, and phone calls, following the agricultural assessment methodology.
   • Conduct debriefing sessions with the Field Officer upon completing data collection.
   • Ensure transparent, accurate, and timely collection of both quantitative and qualitative data.
   • Cross-check the accuracy of the information according to data-checking guidelines to ensure correct data entry.
   • Accurately fill in the data, including all notes collected from the field using tools like Kobo or paper.
   • Communicate with assessment participants according to the data collection plan.
2. Reporting:
   • Provide daily progress reports to the Field Officer regarding the implementation of assessment activities and any observations during the mission.
   • Transcribe primary data collection responses accurately and provide English transcriptions to the Field Officer.
   • Report any issues encountered during data collection immediately to the Field Officer.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• High school diploma as the minimum educational requirement.
• Previous experience working for a humanitarian organization and/or data collection is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage assessment participants effectively.
• High adaptability to field settings and willingness to work in challenging environments.
• Strong team player with integrity, able to communicate constructively with coworkers and managers.
• Able to complete tasks in a timely and consistent manner.
• Attention to detail, following procedures and ensuring accurate documentation and data.
• Should be based close to the targeted area or be able to travel there using their own vehicle.
