المسمى الوظيفي: عامل/ة في مجال التوعية (Outreach Worker)
تحت إشراف: منسق التوعية
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد التقارير الداخلية والخارجية المتعلقة بالنشاطات.
- الاستجابة السريعة للتحديات غير المتوقعة والتعامل معها.
- التواصل مع المشاركين في الأنشطة عبر الزيارات الميدانية أو المكالمات الهاتفية.
- إدخال البيانات والتحقق من صحتها.
- المشاركة في إجراء تقييمات الاحتياجات وملء الاستبيانات.
- توزيع المواد التعليمية والمستلزمات الضرورية عند الحاجة.
- إجراء الإحالات الداخلية.
- ضمان احترام سياسة حماية الأطفال أثناء العمل.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المتعلقة بالمستفيدين.
- احترام وتعزيز سياسات منظمة War Child Lebanon والإبلاغ عن أي خرق لتلك السياسات داخل الفريق.
- التفاعل مع الأطفال بحضور أو غياب أولياء أمورهم.
- التعامل مع احتياجات المستفيدين وطلباتهم بطريقة مهنية ومهذبة.
المهارات والقدرات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة: بما أن العاملين في مجال التوعية يتعاملون مباشرة مع المستفيدين، يجب أن تكون لديهم مهارات تواصل استماع قوية.
- مهارات الكمبيوتر الجيدة: يفضل إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Excel وWord نظراً لأهمية هذه المهارات في كتابة التقارير والتحقق من البيانات.

- القدرة على التكيف مع ظروف العمل الخاصة.
- حس المسؤولية والقدرة على بناء علاقات جيدة مع الفريق والمستفيدين.
- قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق متعدد التخصصات والثقافات.

- اهتمام بمجال العمل الاجتماعي، والإعاقة، والمجال النفسي الاجتماعي.

Job Description
Job Title: Outreach Worker
Reports to: Outreach Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Document internal and external reports related to activities.
- Respond quickly to unexpected challenges and manage them efficiently.
- Outreach to participants through field visits or phone calls.
- Data entry and validation.
- Participate in needs assessments and complete surveys.
- Distribute relevant materials and educational kits if needed.
- Conduct internal referrals.
- Ensure adherence to the Child Protection Policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information.
- Respect and promote War Child Lebanon policies and report any violations within the team.
- Interact with children in the presence or absence of their parents.
- Address beneficiary needs and requests professionally and courteously.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong Communication Skills: As outreach workers are in direct contact with beneficiaries, strong listening and communication skills are essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary for reporting and data validation.

- Ability to adapt to specific working conditions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.
