correspondences.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain filing systems for important documents and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing necessary materials, and taking detailed minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with logistical planning and support for ongoing activities, workshops, events, and meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement for operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and internal communications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain databases, including donor records and contact lists.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, partners, and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for ongoing programs.<\/li>\n<li>Hold the organization's external communications as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector is an advantage, particularly in emergency relief work.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
