The incumbent reports to the Chief of CLM.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Learning and Development Training Programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Contributes to the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of staff training and learning programs. These programs include technical, leadership and management training, and organizational development courses.<\/li>\n<li>Implements staff learning and development programs and provides support for programming and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with managers and staff to ensure that training meets current needs and anticipates future needs where possible.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in training needs assessments to develop new programs and improve existing ones.<\/li>\n<li>Processes training proposals, follows up with training focal points to ensure compliance with guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and preparing relevant reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with training focal points from other UN entities and international organizations to ensure the integration of cross-cutting issues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates administrative and logistical support for training program delivery, including budget implementation\/expenditures and recommends reallocations as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews requisitions for goods and services to ensure correct expenditure classifications and availability of funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Human Resources Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Coordinates various human resources activities, including preparing classification requests, organizing candidate interviews, and preparing interview reports.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains staffing table, alerts Chief of Section about contract expirations and staffing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors contract implementation, reviews training suppliers' requisitions, controls orders, and processes supplier payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>General
